Bad service. I ordered some sandwiches and a shake for my family to be delivered over the phone. They had this old man delivering my food but he didnt know how to get to my house, so rather than using a gps or searching on his phone or AT LEAST calling his manager for directions he calls me 3 separate times. Im not from around here so I dont know cross streets and cant give him directions. The food finally gets here an hour later (According to Google maps I can walk there in 41 minutes), the shake is melted, the hot sandwiches are cold and this guy has the nerve to imply that its my fault because I couldnt give him directions after I specifically told him I wasnt from around here. Its not my job to know the streets around here, and also were in the year 2015, who doesnt have a gps or a phone with gps capabilities? Especially if youre a delivery man!! Needless to say I didnt tip him which seemed to baffle and annoy him. I definitely wont be going back here again

First things first! This company has very good food, but holy crap some of the workers has the worst attitude towards customers. It makes me feel like Im a burden! I give companies second changes but there was a time I was waiting for someone to help me for more then 5 minutes, ok cool they dont notice me. Sure I have patience but really no body checked the front as I was waiting so I had to yell for someone! Really?? Come on?! I worked in food and my job was to watch for customers, bad enough the tomatoes where out of the sandwich! Not even bluffing.

the food at potbelly is great and i have eaten at multiple locations. However this particular store had the worst customer service. This one time that i went, the one person making the sandwich was so rude and didnt want to do anything we asked for with the salad or sandwich. While the other person working there tried to fix it, it left a bad taste about the store. I will not be going back to this particular location which is sad because i live close by and love the food.

One of the better Potbellys Ive been too. The staff is friendly and prompt, and has always been accommodating. I order the Mediterranean sandwhich with no cheese and they never bat an eye at my order. Always prepared well, not too messy. No complaints.

theyre a new store but theyre getting there.. Id recommend calling instead of doing an online order until they are a bit more polished. I had a bad experience with online ordering but the manager remedied it right away.
