Pizza Hut will NEVER get my business again. It took a total of 3 hours to finally deliver my correct order. I got a voicemail from the driver saying she couldnt find my address. I couldnt call back to help her find my apt because she called from an unknown number. So I called them back but of course they use a call center and the rep there told me that there was never an order placed with my name phone or address. Even after explaining to him I just got a call from the driver. He the store manager call me after a few minutes and he tells me that I never placed an order even though my card was charged. About 5-6 transfers someone finally tells me that previous order was canceled and they well deliver my food but I had to reorder. Once I get my food cheese sticks were burned and I asked for a beef pizza and got pepperoni. I called back to let them know. An hour after that I got the correct pizza and I replacement of more BURNED cheese sticks. I just gave up! Not one person apologize, offered a discount or ANYTHING thought out the whole ordeal. Very disappointed and disgusted!!!

If your like me you dont read the reviews prior to ordering....you place some level of confidence in the Brand Pizza Hut and expect good pizza and good service. My experience with this location was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered my food via delivery and was told my delivery time, I waited 15 minutes after that time and called the store. The first time I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes and nobody ever came back. Over the next half hour I called four more times until finally somebody answered the phone and without a greeting or anything they simply said Please Hold and they were gone. At this point I no longer wanted my food but instead persisted to call over the next hour to reach somebody to cancel my order. I finally got the manager, she took my information and within a few seconds said I dont have an order for you and hung up the phone. This location sucks and I hope somebody, including Pizza Hut Corporate sees my post. Knute Alger 06/05/2015

I am extremely unimpressed with the ordered a pizza at 5:17 and was told online that it would be here by 5:47. 5:47 came and passed and we had no pizza. at 6:00 I called to double check that the delivery driver wasnt lost of something. The gentleman I spoke too checked my order and told me that my driver was on the road with my pizza and should be here at any time. 26 minutes later we still didnt have a pizza. So I called again and the woman I spoke with told me the driver just left 10 minutes ago! She said their system crashed so we were told the wrong time initially. One of these two people lied to me. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut again. Im very disappointed that I was lied to. And Im still hungry. Ordered this pizza 1 hour and 22 minutes ago.

Horrible service ... Horriable horrible horriable... Never ordering from Pizza Hut again after what I just went through with their customer service bs hotline... You dont ever get to speak with your local Pizza Hut and their out of state customer service line was telling me it would be 3 hours to receive our pizza and the jerk that answered the phone told me I should have called sooner!!! Then told me why dont I just cancel the order and go somewhere else ... So I did ... I called dominos and spoke to a great guy that could have my order out in 30MINS!!! And and it was only 19.96 compared to the 36.24 at pizzahut ... Good luck pizzahut treating customers like that and outsourcing your customer service and ordering!!!

Wouldnt know if the pizza was good as they canceled our order and didnt call us. We waited for 2 hours and called them only to get their customer service center over and over. She told us a delivery time and 30 minutes after the delivery time we still couldnt get through to the store or and the customer service center couldnt help us figure out what was going on. My husband drove up there and the manager was rude saying they tried to call us. They said they dont deliver to our business even though weve ordered a million times over the last three years and our information is in their system. Even if they would have called to say they wouldnt deliver we would have drove up there as its 3 blocks away!!!!

Save yourself some time and hassle. Took an hour and 40 minutes to get a luke-warm pizza. The store told me that they had an order for a like 200 pizzas and were behind, but based on what Ive read here Im guessing that was BS. No effort to apologize or make things right -- Dominos messed up my order once and they ended up refunding half my order and gave me a free dessert with the delivery -- nothing here. I like Pizza Hut pizza but I wont order from this store again. Given the other pizza options in the area and the fact that I can reliably get a decent Dominos or Papa Johns pizza delivered in usually 30min or less, I would say pass up this stores slow service and underwhelming pizza.

Driver added an additional tip to my credit card slip!! When I complained to the store the manager promised me a $15 credit next time I called to order pizza. The credit was to be tied to my phone number so when I called I would automatically receive my apology credit. I called. No credit tied to my phone number. The manager would not come to the phone. I had to call thru a phone bank - and was on hold for 13 minutes. Called again trying to reach the store directly - was hung up on by the phone bank after holding for another 5 minutes. I was RIPPED OFF by the driver and then served an empty apology by Tom the manager. Very disappointing.

Was called and told my order was declined when it was already taken from my bank the individual asked me for my credit card information over the phone. However the driver showed up and delivered my pizza and I signed for it. The restaurant blamed my bank and the bank blamed the restaurant after talking with the manager MARK he was told I paid in cash at the TE door but I signed my credit card slip. Shortlry there after another charge of 18 dollars was taken out of my account this sounds alot like a delivery driver performing credit card fraud...I will never deal with buisness again.

We will never go back here. We dined in. The customer service here is absolutely horrible, even with the new manager. We watched the delivery drivers hold food in bags while they sat and chatted for at least 10 minutes. They didnt get our order right and then were rude when we brought it up. We used to love dining in at Pizza Hut. (We realize you cant use their delivery because it always arrives cold) but we wont be coming back here. Unbelievable. I would have done their online survey also but the manager took my receipt. Good thing we didnt pay with a credit card.
