I am a Youth Minister and each year we take 2 bus load of kids to Adventureland. We live 2 hrs from Newton and we stop at KFC/Taco Bell for dinner. I call a day ahead and tell them that we will have 50-70 people stopping around a certian time to eat and then I call when we leave Adventureland (about 1/2 hr away). They are ready for us! For the last 5 years, this resturant has done an excellent job feeding all of us with fresh hot food and on the bus in less then an hour. AND they are sooooooooooo courtious, nice and great with the kids that order themselves because they dont have their parents with them. I am sure it is stressfull, but they have a smile and very polite. Keep up the great work, we will be back next year!

Terrible! Waited 42 minutes for food after complaining we wanted our money back so we could leave. At least 5 other people waited longer because they didnt complain. Food quality was sketchy to say the least. Ordered a leg and thigh original and both pieces had a different taste. You would think this location would be better staffed with more knowledgeable personnel for I-80 on busy holiday driving season. The drive-up was about 10 cars deep when we left and was told by worker the "drive-up was very busy" was reason for the long wait time. DONT STOP AT KFC/TACO BELL it may save time and frustration.

Went thru drive thru around 830 pm, the lady working the drive thru was very nice and helpful to us!! We were very impressed, we ordered fries as a side and the cook said the ones that were cooked were not to fresh and offered to cook us fresh. We travel for a living and usually r in a different town every nite, its hard to find fresh food so late, we very much appreciated the whole experience! !

It takes more than 20 mins to get your food through the drive thru and the next day you end up with severe food poisoning like vomiting and diarrea...The food poisoning has happened to me everytime I have gone to this kfc in newton...They had no problems about 9 months ago but now its just gone to hell there

I had grilled bureto and it just didnt taste too good. When I mentioned this to the others in my group they also had the same experience with their food. We had to return to the counter a couple times for dipping sauce and the cookie that came with the meal. It just wasnt a good experience.

The food was good it could of had a little more meat on the Chalupas a couple of them were fine and the the other two didnt hardly have any on them. The service was good as they messed up are order but then fixed it with no problems even gave us the ones that were messed up.

I have been to quite a few KFC/Tacobell locations, this was without a doubt my most disappointing experience. I ordered Taco Bell, my girlfriend ordered KFC. Her chicken was burnt, and my taco shells were stale. It was disappointing to say the least.

they do not listen to your order. the food was not very warm and it took too long to get the order. Food was ok. Other Toco Bells I have been to were a lot better. This one needs help. and these people want $15 an hour. get real.

I ordered a 5 dollar fill up and asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes. Instead, I receive no biscuit and gravy was overflowing onto my chicken. Would not recommend, if you are going to KFC do not go to this one.

The staff are not courteous and dont ever get our order right. The last time we were there we ordered a bucket of chicken and they didnt even bother to ask us which type of chicken we wanted. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
