Today we ordered Delivery and it was by far the WORST experience at my favorite Pizza joint I have ever had. First, we got the delivery 20 minutes late. When we opened it the Pizza and Wings were COLD. We attempted to call the store in an effort to get the situation resolved. The phone number connected us with the wrong location 3 times. The location in Maplewood North, the lady there, Katie, was kind and apologetic and attempted to call the store that we actually ordered from. We were left on hold for 20 minutes while Katie very persistently tried to get a hold of the 3600 Lexington location. She confessed that she was unable to reach them as well. This prompted us to physical go to the store that we had intentionally gotten delivery from so we didnt have to leave. At this point, we were upset, if they had answered the phone and offered us a refund that would have settled it. Instead we were brought to the point where we had to visit the actual location to find out why they cant answer the phone. When we arrived we asked to speak to the manager. There were two women there and no orders on the screen. the place was dead, neither of them Identified them selves as the manager. Instead of answering the question, one of them says "What is the problem?" We asked again to speak with the manager. She Claims she is. We explained our issue and that we wanted a refund and a new Pizza because we had TO COME TO the location to settle our grievance after an hour of dealing with this shitty service. She said she would have to CALL HER MANAGER, as she was unauthorized to do Manager approval, after claiming she was the manager. She tells us she can only give us a refund or a remake. We want both, if you would have answered the phone while we were at home a refund would have settled it, but sorry you screwed up. That is the cost of treating your customers poorly. Instead she laughs at us while on the phone with her GM and says that is the offer take it or leave it. She did not introduce herself so we asked for her Name and Title. Katlyn, Shift lead. We asked for information to get a hold of the GM and she refused. She gave us a first Name but refused to give any information on how to get a hold of someone who would be Helpful and repair the customer relationship. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I am tempted to reconsider if Pizza Hut remains my Favorite Pizza Place. Thank you Katlyn for ruining the reputation of your Employer and convincing me I would be better off ordering from Davannis.

We always order from online. At first its kind of frustrating, but after a few times you get the hang of it. I will admit sometimes the delivery times are ridiculous, waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery just down the road seems cruel. Ive only had one odd incident when I had a house full of kids for a sleepover and We ordered a few pizzas on my husbands card and he ran out on an errand when the pizza came. Anyhow he would not initially leave the pizzas with me because it wasnt my card. I explained I had a house full of hungry kids and my husband wasnt home. So he asked for my license and wrote down all the information on it just in case it was a stolen credit card...I just dont think that was necessary. Especially when you know where I live, and if I stole a card I definitely wouldnt splurge on a couple of pizzas.... Get Real!! I made sure not to give him a tip, because well, it wasnt my card. LOL. Made sure to write a line through the Tip space. Next time he might think twice before incriminating a customer. Three stars because the food is decent and always hot upon delivery.

Just ordered a large cheesy bites pizza and 2 liter 2 hours ago. First they called to say they didnt have the cheesey bites pizza but could do a stuffed crust. Now I called because its been 2 hours since I ordered and told them a stuffed crust was ok. All I got was a promise that a manager would contact me... wheres my food!? I couldve gotten an uber to do pickup myself over an hour ago. Poor service. And still dont have any answers for when my food will arrive or where it is. Update at 12:15am - Was unable to reach anyone at corporate or the location as they are now closed. Delivery just arrived and the pizza is cold (cheese even in the crust is hardened and room temp) and they did not bring the 2 liter I ordered. Poor service and wrong order...I work in emergency and understand the difficulty of getting slammed but wrong order AND being over an hour late with a product that was finished over 30mins before being delivered is not what I plan to experience ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! You will find yourself without the meal or drinks you wanted and be waiting for hours.

First time ordering from this Pizza Hut..it took this girl 15 min to take my order...ok thought may be she was new. Someone called like 5 min later...said unavailable so i did not answer. They left a msg stating she had to re-verify my address....WHAT??? So i called back and this guy put me on hold for the mngr....few min later this guy picks up rambling in Spanish ....i said hello....i dont speak Spanish and that i was on hold for the mngr. He put me on hold again where i waited for almost 15 min. I then hung up snd called back....waited almost another 10 min to speak to him. He took my info and said he would call the store to ck on my order. What????? He is not even at the store??? Comes back on the ph to say they do not deliver tonour address. I have now waisted more than 45 min on my time. I told him she should have verified delivery b4 she took my order. Said he would give me a deal if i wanted to go pick it up. NO....my boyfriend and i both worked and did not feel like going anywhere thats why we ordered!!! Will never attempt to order from this place again!!!!!

Ordered a stuff crust large pizza with cheese sticks. Got the cheese sticks right but as soon as I got home i realized the pizza wasnt stuffed crust and it had some green goo on it. I called corporate and they said the manager would call me back 30 minutes later i hear nothing so i called corporate again and they transferred me to the store. As soon as i spoke with a worker there she transferred us to the manager. I tell her my situation saying that I did not receive a stuff crust and there is some green goo on the pizza. From her tone it sounded as if she was very annoyed and did not believe me. The manager demanded that i bring in the pizza to her even though it was clearly a mistake on her end. At that point i asked if i could get her name but then she refused to give me her name and told me to call headquarters in which she hung up on me. All I wanted was an answer to why I have no stuffed crust and green goo on my pizza. I would not recommend this place ever again even though its my first time here. I have photos of the pizza also.
