ALMOST COMICAL HOW TERRIBLE THIS BURGER KING IS!!! I work across the street from this burger king and have had nothing but trouble with it. It took literally 35 mins to get my food at the drive thru and when I received my order, they gave me a 3 piece buffalo chicken wings instead of my 5 piece. My fries were just dumped into the bag (no fry basket / holder) I thought it was a joke order. And on top of it they charged my credit card the wrong order which was upcharged 5 bucks. I called and complained, got the free meal coupon, went back 2 weeks later assuming have their s**t together. Of course not, the very rude, dayshift woman manager was barking orders at everyone, getting mad at me for not saying my order quick enough and getting frustrated because I was redeeming my coupon. I would never recommend this burger king to my worst enemy. Ill save my time and money by just driving to the maple grove burger king 10 miles away.

This Burger King has been consistent for years. Unfortunately its been consistently bad. I always come in after 1pm so theres no one in line when I get there and yet I never get to order for at least a couple minutes. There are always plenty of employees there but it seems like the only ones doing anything are the employees cooking food. And it seems like someone is always sweeping the floor but Id rather they wait until theyve served customers before they sweep. There are many more problems than that but I wont get into them. I guess Ill wait a year again and see if they are any better.

Dont order the coffee. Its not coffee grounds; its gnats. This happened a few years ago but it still bothers me. I was working at Wayzata Central Middle School and decided to stop in to get some coffee and needless to say when I got near the bottom I thought it was strange to have what I thought were grounds on my lips but when I looked at it, I almost puked. My cowoker was there to witness everything. I kept the evidence and thought of sueing but wife accidentally threw out the evidence. Still sickens me to think about it. Dont ever buy the coffee.

Well okay so Im lactose intolerant so I ordered a non-dairy ice cream cone but they put YOGURT IN THE BOTTOM OF IT so then I had to climb out of the window of my car and into the store and ran to the bathroom. BUT I DIDNT MAKE IT IN TIME so I had to go in the play place slide but all of the poo slit to the bottom of the slide ONTO MY LITTLE KID I WAS BABYSITTING and I guess the yogurt in my poop gave little Brittany E. coli.... #akwardstorytotelltheparents

I go here because its near where I work. Time and time again they forget hash browns and give me things I dont order. Today I ordered pancakes and a number 2 off of the breakfast menu not only was the older gentleman rude to me but did not give me the complete order and when I call to tell them their phone is out of service.

Put egg on my crissont sandwich when I requested only ham and cheese. French toast sticks were cold. Store didnt have carmel frappes available which was what I craved most. Customer service was not rude but not welcoming either. Overall it was a bad experience.

Service was fast. Went inside to eat. Was not able to have anything with a biscuit because was not going to wait 20 minutes. I had the French toast. My Granddaughter had orange juice and cinnamon roll. No one else in the place, except employees.

On three occasions have ordered my food at the drive-thru...On those some three occasions my order has been incorrect! Stay away from this store in the evening as the staff are incapable of doing their jobs!

I eat here for lunch on a regular basis and I usually get some of the best service from a fast food restaurant. Always quick, get my order right every time and really clean for a busy time of day.

My Samsung watch worked flawlessly when I paid for my food. Staff was friendly and attentive. I came in about 4pm and my order took about a minute to come.
