Placed an online order yesterday and arrived shortly before it was supposed to be ready for pickup. While waiting, the gentleman putting my order together called me by name asking about preferences to my order. There was a minor hiccup with the order while preparing and he came out and explained it and offered a solution based on my choice. Upon giving me my order, he explained that things ended up working out and still honoring my alternate solution and shook my hand. Despite it taking just a little bit longer, the outstanding service alone from the staff will make me a repeat customer.

I dont think Lawrence has great wings overall (Sorry Jeffersons). I think you get much better from a Blue Moose in JoCo, or Grinders in KC if you want spicy, but I liked these. Id say Jeffersons are slightly better, but I dont have to fight the traffic and crowd on Mass St. I can order online here, and just pick them up. Great fries! The atomic sauce is on par with the Wild flavor at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wing stop is such a great wing establishment! They have a variety of flavors and unique tasting fries that you cant find anywhere else. The manager was sweet and she was also really nice to my family. I had a very welcoming experience. The only con with any wings at wing stop, which is not a huge problem with me, is that they are a bit greasy and can cause some belching that have a foul odor. Lol

This is a business new to Lawrence,KS and I just love their fries. The fries are homemade and they put salt and a little bit of sugar on them; kind of like the sweet and salty effect you get from dropping french fries into shakes/ice cream. I hope you give this place a try, worth it! Lol :)

At the time, I was the only person there and when I got my food... the fries were fresh and delicious , but not so much the lemon pepper wings...they were a tad dry. It was still good, but Im not surprised for some of the wings to be setting out for a bit. Then again, any restaurant.

Worst wings Ive had in Lawrence, especially for the price. Store was clean and food was made quickly but just not a fan. We ordered garlic parm. And there was so much seasoning the taste was over bearing
