Tried to order online (lunch special for a coworker and I) but there is no way to order the lunch special online so I decided to call in my order and was going to go pick it up.. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Which is an extremely long amount of time to be on hold and after 10 minutes I didnt have time to order food there anymore so I decided to go somewhere else. I stayed on the line just to see how long I would be on hold. After the 15 minutes an employee answered the phone. He tried to take my order (without apologizing. For the wait) & I informed him that I would no longer be ordering because i was on hold too long. He told me that I should have ordered online- after I told him my reasoning for calling in my order he said "Well Im ready to take your order now GEEZ" .... i was very polite and said THANK YOU to him. But I cannot believe I was told "geez". I get it. Its frustrating but working in customer myself for YEARS I know that you NEVER LET YOUR FRUSTRATION SHOW and you NEVER BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR YOUR PROBLEMS. so unprofessional and I will probably never give this establishment a dime of my money.

Went on a monday evening a couple weeks after it opened. There were two of us dining. There was one other group of four people dining at the time. An older gentleman took our order after not acknowledging us for several minutes while he swept what seemed to be a clean floor. We each ordered boneless wings, and fries. I ordered mild bbq wings. My dining partner ordered mango jalapeno or something like that. The store was seemingly overstaffed. Yet our order took nearly half an hour to be ready. When it was ready I received buffalo wings(Im a wimp, I barely managed to eat them) after telling the older guy that rang us up he said that was what I had ordered though the receipt clearly said differently. No one came to see how our order was though they did check in on the other group while we were still waiting. We did really enjoy the fries, however the wait combined with my wings being wrongly sauced ruined our visit. We wont be returning.

Below par service. Im talking tripple bogie on every hole service. Trahsy employees who put cigarettes in their mouths before even leaving the register. I am fine with cigarettes but still. Wait till youre out of the damn building. Oh, and waiting 20+ minutes on anything. Edit: After eating said "wings" I can confirm that any other bar that has a wing night special is far more exceptional. Pathetic establishment.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with not only the "customer service," but also the food quality. I called THREE times before they answered to then put me on hold, TO THEN FORGET I WAS ON HOLD. I walk in the door to pick it up, the three staff members stare at me for 3 minutes before actually acknowledging me. The wings barely had any sauce on them, and were cold. All in all horrible experience and $20 wasted.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my food there was absolutely no parking. I called the Wingstop explained that I wasnt from the area, I was in a company car so I couldnt risk parking illegally. The store manager brought my order (freahly made and piping hot) right to my car with the best greeting EVER!! Epic customer service!!

Wings are pretty good each time Ive ordered online. Try to avoid rush hours as they seem understaffed most times Ive come to pick uip my order. Lemon pepper wings are on point.

Worst wings in Manhattan. My wings seemed cooked way too long and barely had enough sauce on them to get them down. Thank goodness I got the ranch. The ranch was alright.
