Great staff & good service is why I return to this Panera Bread. The exterior is your basic Panera Bread, but with a bit of a cramped parking area. Just be aware that larger/wider vehicles might have some issues finding comfortable parking. You can get it done, but not without some effort. The interior is clean and of quality. The interior space feels just about right, with a hint of being on the smaller side especially the serving area. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the food is prepared fresh and in good time. The only aspect that prevents me from rating this place 5 stars is due to the pricing. I understand the food is of good quality, but the pricing seems quite high for what is presented. The portions feel a bit on the smaller side, but the taste is excellent. With a good variety of fresh bakery items, as well as a wide assortment of beverages, and other foods, Panera Bread offers a great selection for quick snacks and full meals.

So I ordered food to be delivered for my lunch. It was about a half hour late so I called to see what was going on. They said they would remake my food and bring it out since my other food probably wasnt hot anymore. A few minutes later I recieved my food so I called them back and said they didnt have to bring a new one. Not only did they still bring out the new food, they also included a couple gift certificates for the frustration. Great example of going above and beyond!

Sunday morning staff was ill equipped to handle a slight rush. Cashier was unenthusiastic and a bit rude. Disappointing experience after I remember a few good outings here in the past. Cashier was on her phone in back while customers waited to have their order taken. Entire experience was very unprofessional.

Terrible location. First time I went in I had the worst customer service ever, very unfriendly. Then today I went to pick up a very large order and they didnt look hard enough for it and said they dont have it, once we spoke to the manager on the phone they finally figured it out. Will never return again.

Met with a great couple at this Panera to begin the planning process for their wedding. The coffee was great and fresh. The WIFI was perfect and the atmosphere was private and quiet enough at the same time to talk. Great place to connect with couples and friends.

Food is ok. Our employer often orders from this location for pickup, food is not ready 9/10 times when we come to get it. Normally they havent even started it even though it is well past the pickup time, and nothing ever tastes fresh like it used to

Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl to go and got a French onion. This is the second time this has happened. Then the manager doesnt offer to help at all just sits in silence. SMH will not be returning to this location ever.

Hardly inexpensive ! More like very expensive and they didnt advertise that on their steak sandwich is horseradish ! I think that is something a customer would want to know. I hate horseradish and it ruined my expensive sandwich.

Twice I have ordered a large cappuccino but both times the amount in the cup would not of even filled a small size. Other than the fact I will no longer order a cappuccino from them, food is great and restaurant is clean.

Awful... Overpriced and nasty. I asked for just a plain ham, egg and cheese sandwich; worst sandwich ever, BK have better ones for a 1/3 of the price... Im never coming back... Oh! And their coffee, Caseys taste better.

Great food, honestly the best place to grab lunch if you can stand the hipsters and price isnt an object. One of the few places you can go out to eat and feel better about yourself after eating there.

Literally 1 cup of lettuce in our to go box, charged us $8 each. Called a manager and they didnt even send us enough gift certificates to cover our entire Bill. Not worth it.
