Always runs so slow. If you know you are located in a busy area, management staff should staff the store accordingly. There have been times that my husband and I have driven out of our way to the Nobelsville Taco Bell and on our way back home, the Westfield Taco Bell will STILL have the same cars sitting in line! Thats almost a 35-40 minute wait time. Im currently sitting in line and it has been exactly 21 minutes. Dont go here if you are looking for "fast food" It would be worth the wait if the product quality was there, but the presentation of the food is usually subpar. I def. made a mistake coming back. I should have learned my lesson.

The workers were friendly so that was a plus. The food wasnt the best though. My fiance got a crunch wrap and their was hardly any beef on it just lettuce and cheese. I had two Chlupas that were supposed to be chicken but they were beef instead. They charged me for beef so I didnt complain. The chulupa shells were fresh so they were good but could have had more beef. Not sure if they lowered the meat portions but I will go back and maybe it will be better.

Long wait time for simple order, really strange floorplan, poorly planned drive-thru lane. And no Verde sauce!!! Im not necessarily saying my experience was indicative of their typical service, because it was my only time there. However, I was not particularly pleased. However, its Taco Bell. You cant expect fine dining and if this location is the most convenient, thats probably all the reason you need to go there.

Messed up my order by putting tomatoes on food when we said no tomato, there was a piece of plastic that looked like a stem in my 2 year old nieces taco, and when we went to get the food fixed the Mexican pizza had cleaning chemical traces in it, gave money back but refused to give us the food when we went back a third time over the chemical tasting food to take it to the hospital due to throat swelling.

Foods alright for taco bell but the employees are slacking stopped in for lunch during work they took my order then deleted left me standing there for 15 minutes before I asked them where it was and the cashier had to ask everyone else I was the only person in store ordering food

Going through drive through you better make sure your order is correct, the last 4 times there Ive had to go inside to get rest of my order. Foods good, service through drive through is terrible

MACEN was a fast server. They called our name and I was about to get up but he beat me to it and brought our food to us, didnt even have to get up. First taco bell weve been to that did that.
