Posted: 30APR2017 (Morning) - Initial review: 1 Star Came by on a Sunday at 11 am for a Coke Icee, I left the location and took my first taste after having driven away. The drink tasted like it had a strong chemical flavor to it. I called the location asking for a manager. The employee I spoke with, Jordan, refused to forward my call to a supervisor. I explained my concern with the drink and suggested there was something wrong with the machine. My concern was that they dont serve it to anyone else before they had a chance to clean out whatever was leaving the chemical taste. Jordan listened to my concern and responded there was nothing wrong with the drink before hanging up on me. I will continue to pursue the issue and attempting to speak with someone in the hierarchy with that location until theyve had a chance to check on it themselves. Ill then update this post. The entire situation leaves me with a large level of concern with this location because of the poor communication and unwillingness to forward a costumers call to a manager and most importantly the Food/Drink preparation at this location. Given the circumstances I recommend avoiding this location until their issues are resolved. Update: 30APR2017 (Evening) I received a phone call from the franchise owner of this location. He was exceptionally professional and apologetic for the situation. I was relieved to hear the issue with the Icee machine had been investigated, my concern was confirmed, and maintenance had been coordinated. I appreciate the expediency with which the situation was resolved and the owner taking the time to personally reach out to me and assure me my concern was taken seriously. Ive updated the star rating to better reflect my overall experience.

Hello dear Google views. I had previously been to these Burger King twice. However, today I had a horrible experience. My stomach had experienced a battle from the gods. It was when I had left the establishment. The place was nice and clean and staff was friendly and food was fast maybe to fast? By the time I had gotten home my stomach had lost the battle and unlucky lava was my experience when I had made it to the restroom. My rectum paid the price. Sadly I will not be going again because Im not that type of warrior. Be warned you peasants!!!!!!!!

The high school employees are going to need some more training. Not only were they rude and charged me for someone elses order, but I had to go back in TWICE because of how many mistakes were made on my order. I ordered 2 orders of 10pc nuggets and there was NO sauce even though I asked for some. Then each time I came in, they huffed and puffed about it and I heard them talking about me with their friends. Never going to this location EVER AGAIN.

The lady was very nice. I ordered at 1 am and my sandwich tasted like it was made at 5pm. I had to heat it in the microwave. I could see from the prints on the cheese that they just removed what I asked to have none of and added what I asked for. Thats kind of gross.

This location has fast service, but they can also be extremely rude. So be on your toes if you want that hot fresh and extremely quick service compared to the neighboring business. Otherwise go somewhere else where you are treated as a family.

Wait was long, which is no big deal BUT my food was cold, looked like I was given scraps and my order was incorrect. I went through the drive thru because it is close to the job but I wont make that mistake again.

I love this location. The manager ( not sure of her name ) always is so nice and that is pleasant after work. She is so beautiful as well. Their whole staff is generally awesome.

The Cinibon minibons were old and nasty. We were told by the manager that they can sit for 24hrs and still be served. The burger I got was definitely not worth the price paid.
