Thought Id try this BK for the first time for dinner. I had never been inside and it felt kinda drab. I ordered a whopper w/cheese, paid for the cheese & sure enough, it had no cheese on it. I would have forgiven them for the error, but when I went up to the counter and told the girl that it was supposed to have cheese, she just walked away saying nothing. I assumed she was re-ordering the sandwich, but after at least five minutes, the manager walked up front & she said "he wants cheese on his sandwich" the mgr walked to the other side, put a couple pieces of cheese in a lid top and handed it to me. Astonished at how quick & easy it was, I looked at him and said "after waiting here at the counter for over five minutes, thats all she had to do". He did apologize but I left there feeling worried about my food being sanitary due to the incompetence of the staff.

We had a field trip and a large number beg us to go to BK for the lunch so we went a week in advance to inform them that we would be coming and the time and number. When we got there they served stale buns for some of our students, treats taking twenty minutes to get, harsh and rude comments directly to students for ordering milk shakes, and the manager refused to come out and help. The two women at the cash register were wonderful, polite, and quick and efficient. To those two women I say thank you for helping the students get through with a smile. To the guy that said "piss off kid" yes you were heard, the kid asked if he may have his cup and he said please.

Ordered a cheeseburger, fish and fries. Im no food snob but I threw the fish and fries out and suffered through the cheeseburger. The fish was like someone had dipped it in a fryer full of cold greese, it was dripping off it and the fries were so cold they may have well come out of the fridge. Possibly, the only fast food meal I have ever refused to eat. Service was pretty lousey as well. Wonder if the BK coorporate read these. Maybe they should have some of the inmates from down the road run the place. Couldnt be worse.

Has got to be the worst Burger King location ever. Staff come across like they hate their job. Theyre slower than molasses and half the food gets cold as the rest is made. Restaurant is filthy, soda machine tends to never have ice and most the sodas are flat. Bathrooms are disgusting and the overall experience is not worth what you pay. Best if they just shut this location down. Do not eat at this Burger King for you will regret it!

Why I continue to torture myself and go to this BK is a mystery. The service is really slow, the place is filthy, the employees dont care, and they mess up my order most of the time. I have offered them chance after chance for several years but this morning was my very last visit.

The food was absolutely disgusting, potentially the worst fast food I have ever tasted. The burgers were dry, the Mac n Cheetos were burnt. I gave 2 stars only because the service was speedy, but other than that there were no redeeming qualities to this establishment.

Food is always cold or luke warm. I came in one time, an employee was standing with his shoes, on top of the drink counter. The dining room is getting better at being clean. Used to be sticky floors and tables would have ketchup, crumbs, and grease on them.

The counter and dining area were an abomination - filthy and disgusting. I was the only customer and it took 12 minutes for my order. Whoever the site or regional manager is for this store should really take a hard look at this place before OSHA does.

First off, it was a mess as far as the ordering process goes. Second, they forgot the cheese on my burger but at least they didnt charge me for it. But the last straw was the foot long blonde hair I found in my burger. Gross.
