This has got to be the WORST Burger King in Montgomery!!!! Customer service sucks! She act like she didnt wanna be there, mumbling & talking rushed, I ordered a shake which was put in a small cup and I have gotten a larger one for the same price before, it had a regular lid, the one for sodas, not the open one for whip cream. I ordered 2 desserts and got one spoon and the wait was too long for only desserts. Wont be back if I can help it!!!

Ordered inside and took it to go. Redeemed the customer service survey coupon for a free whopper with a drink and fry purchase. Good deal! Friendly staff. Fries slightly undercooked. Ice was out at drink machine but they quickly refilled. Overall good experience.

Paid for 2 10 piece nuggets and a bbq bacon chicken sandwich add cheese. Received cold nuggets and bbq chicken sandwich no cheese and no bacon....will be going back once I get off work to file a complaint. Give me what I pay for

Run down, not very professional, bathrooms have absolutely no where to care for a child. No changing table, not even a counter around the sink. This is a huge pet peeve of mine.
