CLUMSY ATTEMPT AT FULL SERVICE DINING. My wife and I were seated by an under-dressed less than outgoing host who seated us in a section where the person supposed to be waiting on us hadnt shown up for work yet. We sat for nearly 15 minutes without any wait staff at all. My omelet was a burnt offering to some obscure deity with barely any cheese in it, the toast only had butter in the middle and that part was soggy, the hash browns were bland with ZERO seasoning, just some crispy fried potatoes that I suppose youre supposed to add ketchup to give it flavor. My Wife had hash and eggs over easy to which she gave good report, same sorry deal with the toast and home fries however. Our waitress was very friendly and I didnt complain, I dont do that anymore, thats what Google is for. Why create an awkward stressful situation? It says something though when the best thing you can get came out of a can. FIRE THE COOK and get a professional host/hostess and I will consider returning. I used to love this place.

We got there before 11 am and it took 10 minutes just for someone to come over and take our drink order, 45 minutes go by and we FINALLY got our appetizer. 20 minutes later our food comes out cold and gross. It felt like it left a gross film in our mouths and we felt ill afterwords. There was no "sorry for the wait" and there sure wasnt any concern for how our food tasted from the waitress or the manager at the cash register. There was a group of 3 that got seated 1 minute before we did, yes just 1 minute, and they ate and left within half an hour. This place is awful. Never going to be dining with them again and I will be letting everyone that asks me about this place know how terrible it is.

Service was terrible! The dinner was NOT busy. Server was not friendly st all. Took our drink order and 15 minutes later another server asked us for our drink order since our original server was busy. No refill on cold coffee or water. Server never checked back to see if we needed anything after food was delivered. Coffee and food were barely warm, food was subpar at best. All servers spent their time behind the bar rather than checking on their customers. Real disappointment to say the least. Will not be back nor will I recommend this dinner.

The menu has one (count it 1) pancake item. My wife asked if she could get feta cheese in her vegetarian omelet. The waitress didnt know what feta was or any of the white cheeses we named off. She finally said what would it be in Spanish as the cooks dont speak English. The waitress couldnt remember chihuahua or the word blanco. My wife relented and said any cheese. They put "nacho" cheese in the omelet. My fried steak was tough and the extra crispy hash browns were under cooked. We will spend our money elsewhere.

I went to The Pancake house for breakfast this morning. My wife and I requested a booth instead of a table. And not only did the server had an attitude with us for asking. We sat for 15 minutes without even someone taking our drink order. We even saw people that had come in after us having their orders taken before us. After the 15 minutes of still not being served we literally just walked out. The place was no where near full nothing that would justify us waiting that long to be served.

TERRIBLE SERVICE 3/4 OF US GOT SICK LONG WAITS DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE TO BEGIN WITH THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES JUST TO GET DRINKS AND IT WASNT BUSY. WE GOT OUR FOOD (WHICH TOOK 45 MINUTES TO GET NO JOKE) THE FOOD TASTED GOOD. LATER ON THAT DAY 3/4 OF US ALL GOT SICK WITH STOMACH VIRUS. IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN BUT SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND POSSIBLY YOUR HEALTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! ! !

We were on our way to another restaurant that we love and then we saw this place so we thought we would give it a try. Big mistake. We should have gone to our original destination. It took a long time to get our food. It was not worth the wait whatsoever. The food was not good and my wife had to ASK 2 Extra times for her toast. The toast arrived after we were finished eating. We will not be back.

Great food. Have yet to have anything that wasnt good. Tuesdays are all you can eat fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and yummy balls of fried dough with cinnamon and sugar with apple butter dipping sauce. Magician on Wednesdays while kids eat free from their kids menu.

I have eaten there and even held a business meeting here. Love the layout, the peaceful atmosphere and the first time I came I purchased the liver and onions . . . Ive been back several times since for the liver and onions ~ my children enjoy the corn dogs and fries!

The 2 of us came in before the church rush. It was busy, but not overly busy. It took about 40 min to get our food, with a crowd this size, I would expect 15min, maybe 20min. Not 40min. They are going to be in real trouble when the rush comes in.

Ive been bringing going my daughter here for years for daddy daughter breakfast dates. Ive never been disappointed with either the service or the food. The staff is friendly and fast, even when its busy. Love this place and cant praise them too much!
