Our party was 2 people around 10:30pm. Worst experience ever! Ive had other better times at this location but this experience negates those! Took 30 mins to get drinks, food was nasty and over done, and we never even got the waitress we were supposed to! I had to go up to front desk to request everything! Asked manager to give me a reason to stay, eat, and pay for this meal, he said he had none. So we left! Terrible service if you can even call it service. The number of bad times at this location negates the good ones! Follow up call I made to corporate was an even worse experience! Read full review of our experience: After we were seated it took 30 mins before we were able to order drinks (I had to go to the front desk and request drinks because the waitress never even came over). I then told the gentleman who got our drinks, since it took so long, we were ready to order. He apologized, took our order, and said he would "put it right in" and "it will be out momentarily!" We waited for another 15-20 Mins with no refills on our drinks, so I went up to the front yet again and requested refills. He brought me a refill and 1 extra refill for either of us. Finally, after more time I went up to the desk yet again to ask where our food was. The gentleman brought it out and it was extremely poor quality! The T-bone steak was dried out, hard as a rock; I tried to pick a piece off in front of the waiter and it actually flipped up in the air and hit my friend in the face! What he brought out didnt even include parts of her order. My hashbrowns were hard like splinters. I asked the waiter for the manager and he told me he was manager. I asked him to "give me a reason I should stay, eat, and pay for this meal?" He said, "I dont have any reasons..." So I told him we were leaving. Later I called corporate to let them know our experience. I received the same kind of experience. The person on the phone took my info, documented my account of the situation (he didnt even sound like he wanted to hear the full story), and said someone would contact me in 4 days. I received no apology or commitment to making it right. I asked him the same question I asked the manager at the location, "Give me a reason to come back?" He said, "I cant make that decision for you." And that was it. End of conversation. Worst restaurant and customer service experience ever!

The food was great, and the service was wonderful! We always visit this location at weird times of the night and everyone is very friendly. Edit as of June 3rd 2017: I am VERY annoyed with our visit to IHOP. First off, we entered and were greeted by a hostess who seemed very bored and uninterested. Then, our waitress, Arianna, showed up, said a barely audible hello, plopped menus on our table and disappeared. She came back a few minutes later to get our drinks ordered, and then disappeared again. We couldnt find her for twenty minutes, and neither could the other server, Vanna. She had gone outside, "chatted" with a huge group of shady looking girls, and came back inside rubbing at her veins. Were pretty sure she was shooting heroin in the parking lot. She then rudely delivered our drinks, took our orders, and disappeared again. It was an hour before we got our food, it was cold because she had left it sit for a fairly long time, we were watching, most of it was wrong, and we called over the manager. He also, rudely took back our incorrect and cold food, told us how the plates had "burned his hand because it was so hot". The food was freezing. We ended up getting the attention of Vanna, who took care of us and was so kind. Our original waitress ended up getting ahold of the fresh food, put chocolate chips on with bare hands, in our line of sight, and still brought it out. She was yelling at the chefs, with cursing, loud enough for the entire place to hear. Were furious. This is one of our favorite places, and it has been ruined. Weve NEVER had any problems. Weve been coming for two years now. If Ariana or this manager is ever here again we will not eat here.

10/10. I like pancakes. Do you like pancakes? I do. Thats why I come to IHOP. Its the best place to get French toast. Especially at 1AM. I really do love French toast. Its the best toast. 11/10. Thats why I always come to IHOP. They do a great job at making the omlette. I really like omlettes. In fact, if I went nightly all Id get is a couple omlettes. Thats right. All id get is a couple pancakes. They have great pancakes. I like pancakes. 9/10. Not enough pancakes. In fact, they dont have enough. All i want is more potatoes. Is that so much to ask? When I ask for more potatoes, I want more potatoes. 8/9.

The meal took forever to arrive. Quality was miserable. The Fried Chicken Dinner was over cooked, tough and dried out. Mashed potatoes had the characteristic tainted "instant" flavor. I ordered broccoli instead of the GMO corn that was supposed to come with the meal which must have been frozen, it had brown spots on the stems. There are no fresh items to this meal, a most disappointing experience. My husband had the pancakes and they were doughy and made worse with the artificially flavored syrups which were all very nasty tasting. Never frequenting this business again! There is NO quality fresh food here!

When we got our food they forgot our pancakes. We waited for 30 minutes and never got them or the check. When they brought us the check after asking for it, it was another tables check. They told us another table paid our bill by mistake and that we had to pay their bill instead. We never got our pancakes, had to pay another tables bill because they could not recover ours(whatever that means), and never had service other than the wonderful guy who cleaned the tables. This place used to have 5 stars every time but over the past few months the service has been horrible. Very disappointed.

Awful. After a concert at Klipsch, one of the busier nights that would be guaranteed for this restaurant, they didnt even have half the restaurant staffed or occupied. We got seated after a 10 minute wait (which is normal) then 40 plus minutes after ordering we still had no food. People around us had no food, it was just awful. Its completely understandable why these are closing, no respect, no customer base, nothing. Good luck to your future, because its over.

The service is terrible. The host did not know what she was doing. She got my food order wrong. The eggs and bacon were cold. The red velvet french toast was extremely hard and tasted old. I ask for "light hashbrown" and both sides of the hashbrown was very hard - overcooked. Completely terrible experience. IHOP is usually my favorite restaurant but this particular store was my first experience and I will NEVER go back. Completely horrible experiece.

Worst service ever 10:30 @night on12/2/17 not very busy maybe 15 to 20 people waited 10 min to be seated waited another 10 minutes after being seated was never offered a drink or even spoke to by a server our party of 3 got up and left there was at least 3 waitresses and a manager couldnt working that i could see couldnt get the managers attention she kept going into the kitchen yelling @ someone in there should be able to rate it less than 1 star
