The service in this restaurant has been steadily getting worse and breakfast this morning was the last straw. We were seated quickly, but the table had just been wiped down and was still very wet. So much so that the menus were sticking to the table. When the waitress came to get our drink order I asked if she would wipe it down to dry it off. She stated she had just wiped it down, but would bring us extra napkins. When she brought our drinks out she dropped of some extra napkins so WE could dry off the table. Our food arrived in a reasonable time and I have no complaints on the taste or quality. My brother had almost finished his meal and I had about 1/4 of mine left when the waitress asked if we were done and stood there waiting for the plates. Not liking someone hovering over my shoulder while I eat we let her take our plates eventhough we didnt finish eating. This is just the most recent example of poor service. We have had enough issues before this to make me believe this is a systemic problem and not isolated to one person or one shift. Although I like the food Id be reluctant to dine there again.

When we arrived we was told it would be a minute that they had to clean a table. We stood and waited for about 5 minutes until the lady came back to seat us! As we walk into the dining room we see many open tables available. Our server came and got our drink order then returned for our food order which we ordered the Thanksgiving dinner! We had been sitting for roughly about 15 minutes after placing our order when our server came to us and informed us she lost our order and then asked " what did you get again"? Wtf? Where is the apology? How rude! To act as if it was not a big deal, I understand ppl masks mistakes... I work in a restaurant myself but when u mess up APOLOGIZE FOR IT!

This Bob Evans is clean and has friendly staff. The food is served quick, as ordered, and hot. My and Husband and I were "starving" this past Saturday, (we were too busy to eat all day with chores and such) so by the time we got to Bob Evans to eat the Bob Evans Burger hit the spot! It was messy to eat, but Im a true believer the messier...the better it tastes. The Wildberry Tea was ok...a little too tart for my liking though, Ill stick with regular sweet tea next time. All in all, a good restaraunt that we viist quite often.

My waitress was wonderful and polite. However I ordered chicken breasts and was given press chicken breast. I asked the waitress to please bring chicken breast (bone in) and a 2nd order of pressed chicken breast patty was delivered. I believe the menu should read chicken breast patty not chicken breast. Most people would assume they would be served a real chicken breast with bone in. So my advice: change how the menu description. Sincerely wanted a real chicken breast

A couple coworkers and myself went for lunch and they werent at all busy. It took 10 minutes for the server to come to our table! There were less than 12 customers in the entire restaurant. The food was good, but the service was bad.

Great food and service but they have awesome CHERRY bread only month in,,, winter. We eat out everyday and miss the bread. So we eat at SHELLs Ice cream Grill in Vevay, IN. Yummy on the eyes & tummy. Jim

Waffle would not melt soft butter. Most of staff still eating their breakfast. We arrived at restaurant at 8:45. Coffee served barely warm. Felt like we were interrupting the staffs breakfast time.

Great family place to eat. Good atmosphere. Can get a little slow when packed but the food is well worth it. Great service.
