Although at drive thru orders the items to get confused qnd your missing things. With reason of course!!!! Totally get it I was a swing shift manager at a restaurant about as fast paced as this. Anyhow the things I wanted to write about. I came in way way late and hour past the dine in closed. They took my order never said anything about it being too late nothing. They were awesome and very prompt. I could go on. But when I realized that after I was out the door leaving they were locking the doors so I looked down at the time and though oh no. But you couldnt tell I have been to places before pushing you in a sense out the door ten minutes til closing. They did awesome and the ppl working tonight deserve incentive. 8/14/2016 @ 2:16

I hate to say this, because I LOVE taco bell but its kind of like they pick people off the street everyday to work here. Employees have no idea what there are doing and even after waiting in the drive thru for half an hour its still a major chore making sure everything is in the bag (Its usually not) before you leave the parking lot. The employees usually (not always) are less than thrilled to be there and make that very well known. The whole place needs a major adjustment of they plan to keep any business. If there was another Taco Bell close around they would go out of business.

I frequently have to wait a long time for my food at this particular Taco Bell. They never give any explanation, but they never look to be in a hurry to fill orders. Also one time had to send back my nacho supreme twice and they STILL didnt put refried beans on it. I just ate without them because I didnt feel like going back a third time. Even by Taco Bells extremely low standards, this is a bad Taco Bell. Of course, I still go there because every once in a while when I get that late-night craving for somehing containing congealed grease, cheese, and something crunchy... Sigh...

Good grief.... EVERY time I go to this Taco Bell, or the one in Crestwood, owned by the same person, I order extra lettuce on my tacos. And every time, I get back to work or home, there is NO lettuce on the Tacos. They charge me .30 cents per taco every time for this. These people are lame... I call to complain, and they offer to make it right, if I get back in my car and drive back down there... Why cant they get it right the first time???

As Im sitting in taco bells drive thru for over 30 minutes for the 3rd time this week, Im watching 4 employees being loud, childish and hanging out with non Taco Bell employees on the side walk. Hmmm... Are they on the clock or did they all take a break at the same time? Everytime I come here (frequently because Im a Taco Bell junky.) Im in drive thru for atleast 30 minutes, so much for FAST food.

Worst experience ever. They over charged me for a breakfast burrito then gave me the dollar version with no meat and barley any eggs. It was litteraly a tortilla and cheese . The worst part if I would have ordered the dollar version it would have been even cheaper than what I paid.

If you decide to go to this taco bell... dont go when your hungry. I ordered a meal, and waited 15 minutes before my food was ready... and it wasnt even what i ordered. "under new management" the sign reads. Apparently the new management is completely incompetent.

Terrible people working there, they all have bad attitudes and when i asked for a 12 pack the lady got mad and said they dont serve those anymore and in a bad mood sad thanks cause she had to go help and do her job. Again poor service and very bad attitude

Of all the taco bells in all the world, this one has the best Doritos locos taco shells Ive ever had. Flawless execution; fresh, crunchy, so much nacho flavor. If there is only one trip to a taco bell you make this year, stop by this one.

This place is nasty.....Sign says under new management . They need to do something. Its horrible. Walking in there was an employee smoking right at the door to come in. Inside was dirty. The tray they served my food on was dirty.

The service was friendly but extremely untrained. Took 10 minutes to place an order inside because they just could not register what we were asking for. Just standard items we were requesting, bizarre but funny experience.

The staff here seem to have been the bottom of the barrel. The food takes longer than any place Ive ever been and they are always understaffed at lunch. Ive given this place its chances, but good luck on a lunch rush.

Always have to check our food before leaving cause its usually not correct!! When we explain to the the manger that our order is wrong she fixes it but isnt concerning at she doesnt even apologize.

Ive been eating at this Taco Bell since I was 13, and in that time maybe only had ten screw ups. Im 23 now, this is easily one of the best Taco Bells in Kentucky.
