Last night, 7-5-17, We ordered $42.00 in food for 4 people on mobile app.I chose to be picked up in drive thru. My wife was driving past our Simpsonville exit as i did this. When she arrived order wasnt ready, which is fine, she expected a little wait time as this was alot of food. As she was waiting, 4 workers huddled in drive thru window looking at their phones. Our order took forever while she waited looking at those girls in drive thru on their phones. When the food was handed out a comment from drive thru girl struck her wrong "Heres ALL your food". WAIT, its not over. She gets home with food, cold when we picked up, even more cold when she arrived home, with a missing mexican pizza ($3.50), Absolutely no meat on alot of our food, which i have attached pics, and paid for +sour cream on pinto and did not get. This is very upsetting, and unacceptable! I guess we will choose other places from now on if this is the service expectations of taco bell , and its franchise owners.

At First Sight the store is small. There is only one entrance, not two ways in. It is avery small lot. The store inside is very small with wooden bench seats that are uncomfortable will not hold very many guests. The food was very Taco Bell taste. The taco shells were very very thin, any pressure on them at all and they would crack into pieces. I had more of a taco salad then two hard shell taco. They are Just getting to be too cheap with their food.

BRAND NEW, problems with staff from other Taco Bell in Shelbyville, KY . Ex. An employee named Dillion has been transferred from the old store to the new store, problem here is Dillion prepares food, and HE USES DIP/SNUFF/CHEWING TOBACCO while he is working and keeps a trash can close by to spit in it. I posted this in my review about the other taco bell.

Great Taco Bell right off I-64. I had a vegetarian power veg bowl with extra guacamole. Its simply refreshing meal for summer. AND, Perfect place to stop if youre traveling with pets that need to get out and "stretch" while taking care of business. Theres a nice field next to the parking lot which is away from noisy traffic.

Very clean. Bathrooms clean. 2nd Taco Bell in Shelbyville I have been to in the past several days where the front register person just started that day (both very sweet girls) and are there by themselves having to look for help frequently. Poor management/ training protocols?

This place has the friendliest, most helpful employees of any fast food restaurant for 100 miles around. If they have time, they come into the dining room and ask if you need anything and offer to take your trash and trays out of your way.

Very clean inside and outside. Nice rustic decor inside it doesnt have the typical taco bell look. Very friendly polite service. The employee James was very good and the manager was very friendly too.

Clean restaurant, friendly team members and good food. We eat here fairly regularly and its like any restaurant, depends on the day but this location has more good than bad.
