Experience, what experience? I waited 20+ minutes in the drive-through and never got to the window. If it werent for the fact that I was trapped between the curbs, and cars in front and behind me I wouldve left much earlier. This restaurant is consistently bad. They are always incredibly slow and the food quality is iffy. If it werent for the fact that Dairy Queen has the best bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, and this is the only DQ in the area, I would have given up after the second visit . Because of this latest episode I will never be back. There is a Wendys next-door that has a good breakfast biscuit, and their service is MUCH better If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would.

I only waited 5 minutes at the counter before being helped this time with no one else in the store. There were 2 cars in drive thru and at least 5 employees working (including a manager). This is the quickest Ive ever been helped here. On this particular visit, after my blizzards were complete, they sat on a shelf and I had to grab them myself because everybody walked away from them. I think I honestly hate this location and will start going to the one 5 miles down the road. I will probably be able to get there, order and get home quicker than going to the one two and a half miles from my house in Simpsonville Kentucky.

This happened twice At 3 pm on a week day i Stood at the counter for like 5 mins the place was dead and i could see management in the office just sitting there talking. Kept looking at me then finally came and took my order. Sticky floors, trash can over flowing, bathroom not stocked. Clearly their is plenty to do and no need for sitting around especially when you have customers standing at the counter. You go ahead and finish your conversation thats more important than me and ill take my business else where.

This is the worst dq you can ever go to. There service sucks the employees are very rude, also this dq was out of everything how do u run out of bacon on a saturday just pitful if u can drive a few more exits its worth the drive

Very different! DEFINITELY not like the ones in Texas! No Country Baskets, no Fritos chili crunch hungr-buster/belt-buster, and the dipped cones looked more like it was from a fondue. Chocolate coating was WAY too thick.

Super slow service at the drive thru when it wasnt busy. Then they didnt give us our bar b que sauce. We ended up waiting 5 mins just for sauce. Never once heard sorry for your wait. Just bad customer service

Staff was nice but messed up our order terribly. Ordered a glass of water and got handed sprite. Also wanted Buffalo sauce and was given a cup of gravy.
