Terrible customer service. Electric went out and my daughters order was lost. she patiently waited for her chicken strip meal for an hour, while watching other customers being served chicken strip meals. The manager at no time checked on the progress of her order. She finally asked for a refund and it took three people to accomplish this. I called to leave a message for the owner to call me and the manager on call refused to take my message.

Holy cow. So hilarious to see so many reviews echoing my exact experience. Hard to imagine how you can screw up a Dairy Queen, but this place manages. Ive been several times, and Ive literally never had a good experience. Theres always a ridiculous wait, even when Im the only one there.

God forbid you want to place an order here, the lady acted like I just kicked her dog, then she started talking to a coworker without telling anyone about the order, this place is a joke.

It is never a quick stop for food. The high school girls are slow as hell and food and ice cream isnt really any good. The only thing that keeps them alive is its a small town

Drive thru service took 15 minutes as the high school girls that work the window are too worried about entertaining the high school boys at the counter.
