Truck stop at the simpsonville, kY Its running of power also its broken inside building now, they re sent all mechanic to get fix inside the building. Truck fuel its stopped. And auto car fuel or gasoline its all stopped also. Management told them to moves another fuel stopped or the next truck stopped. It should be open for us. It will be location open at 06:00 pm. Thank you for convenience to all the customer. Sincerity. KDY

Friendly, but not helpful. I came in and asked for a regular pack of gas station cigars. The older gentleman that ran the place explained to me that they only had singles. The math is that they make more money if you buy them separately and I explained that and he understood and still would not give me the same price for a pack. It really sold me on what they care about.

Not unexpectedly, the quarter falling game is rigged. What I was not expecting was the money that does fall into the prize slot is not for the player but can only be retrieved by the store. Im not surprised and I was against playing to begin with. Im posting based on principal; like most gambling, the prize for their games are disappointment.

Not a good place. I spent one night here and couldnt get any rest. It seems to be a gathering spot for load booming car stereos, drinking, and drug use I can confirm the drinking from the guy vomiting behind my van holding a pint bottle. But the drug use could have been a rolled cigarette. I will not be returning to this store.

Very rude Pilot employee. We were told to move our large RV because the truckers who think they own the road wanted it moved. There was not a no parking sign posted at the location we parked at which in no way interfered with any truck movement. If they dont want any one to park there they should have no parking signs posted.

As far as I have seen it is a lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. Slept in my car outside in the lot and a nice man at the register even directed me to the quietest and safest place to park. Very clean and refreshing here. :)

Nice little place. Theres a very nice little cigar lounge just on the other side of the parking lot and a subway. On the other side of the parking lot is a zaxbys for your fried chicken fix. I will definitely be stopping here everytime.

Good location for me. Pretty much your cookie cutter pilot. sterile. Pilots in general cater to automobile driving public. They dont like trucks. Id give it 4 stars, but like all pilots, theres no restaurant. Just junk food to go.

Gas pump kept charging me after I took out of car. I first noticed after trigger clicked off and looked at price it kept moving so I pulled it out and still kept rolling all the way until I hung it up.

Standard issue disrespect to drivers. Filthy restrooms! Store floor filthy and crowded. Empty coffee pots while workers stand around gossiping. So typical of most pilots these days

The Transflo kiosk is behind the counter with the cashiers, and there is NO DRIVERS LOUNGE at this location. A little suprising for a city the size of Louisville so close!

What is up with that big cement divider in the road on the way in the truck entrance. Why on a curve? Whos stupid idea was that? Not truck friendly at all.

Shower is great Wendys was fresh first time I ate all the fries because they were fresh great place to stop and refresh friendly staff as well.

Its ok not bad place has reseved.. Wifi is ok..had parking across street on dead end.. has zaxbys a cross the street.

A little difficult to pull into from the main route, but has easy parking. Clean facilities and nice staff.

Coffee Break - 1.80 for a medium refill too much for mediocre coffee. Friendly staff.
