First of all this is waffle house so you cant have too high of expectations.with that being said, the food has always been good. Service wise though it isnt the worst, but definitely isnt the best. Usually the server has little interaction with you other than taking your order. At least that was how our server was today. She wasnt the friendliest person Ive ever met. She took our order and didnt screw it up, which is a plus. When our food did come out it was good and hot. She also did a nice job keeping our drinks full. Since the kitchen is out in the open and ready for the world to see, its always fun just to watch how they all interact with each other. They of course do so in a professional manner but also bark out orders to each other. If you want decent food at really cheap pricing then this is totally the place for you...but only if you can turn a blind eye to the below average service.

I went in with some friends and their family tonight and got possibly the worst service Ive ever received at a restaurant. We went around 8pm, they got our drink orders and never came back. I had to stare them down as they were talking on the other side of the restaurant to order some pies and hash browns. They also never came back to ask how everything was and to get us any refills. Really didnt want to tip tonight, but because of the way I felt they were holding strong judgments on the appearance of my friends family I did anyway to not "fill the stigmatism" definitely wont be returning to this location, I did not feel welcome.

My experience here at this waffle house was awful. The waitress we had was very rude and snobby towards us. She was also walking around the store digging in her head while our food was being cooked and our sausage patties had her hair in them. She didnt check on us until we was getting up to leave. For now on we will take our services else where.

If the service wasnt bad enough. We paid 1.90 each for 8oz of hot water they call coffee... not only did we not get offered a refill but when I complained about how bad the coffee tasted to the cashier all she said was she knew. Didnt apologize, didnt even offer to take it off our bill... Nothing. $22.00 for breakfast there is a Scam...

Arrived around midnight sat july 15 one server was sitting outside wuth a young man. Go inside and the cook and the second server sitting at a booth with another young man. The second server rubbed her eye touched her face then touched her hair. None of these peopke washed their hands before working again. Come on its called hygiene

The servie where is great I had waffles and grits they were also very good the place was clean well-lit they could have turned the air conditioner down a little and the help of I also ate there this morning had scrambled eggs and grits the help again was friendly the place was clean and the food was great

Been her before. Normally happy. Got my order wrong. Egg shells in my undercooked eggs. Onions in my hash browns when I said no onions. They were too busy cooking food for themselves and chatting to be concerned with a silly customer.

Picking wafflehouse is all about time and location. They are great late night and early morning meals. Good experiences at every store except Harding & i465 in Indianapolis.... We werent the only party to get up and walk out.

Great Staff. 24 hours open. Ample of parking. Food was good and very quick service. Right after Exit 99 on 65 South. Not a bad option for quick bite. Wide variety of menu items besides waffle as well.
