A few years ago this place was my go to burger place. The burgers have always been good. Lately though they have really been skimping on the fries. Used to be you could get a regular and its enough for 2 people. Now its about half what it used to be. Its five Guys not five fries. Im not ordering a large for extra money. Ill go to a better burger place if I want to spend more. Theres no shortage of new joints open around Fishers. Step up your fry game!

Issues with order: person taking order got, big hamburger with ketchup confused with hot dog with bacon and ketchup confused. After talking more with them we got a hamburger with bacon & ketchup. All mexicans in the shop, communicating in Spanish most of the time. Food was good, large fry seemed skimpy from what I remembered from the Noblesville location. We will stick to the Noblesville location.

This is typical for a Five Guys. Which is not a bad thing! It means great burgers and lots of tasty salty french fries. There is not a whole lot of options on the menu. They keep it simple with burgers hot dogs and grilled cheese. You just pick your topping. My son likes to eat the free peanuts while hes waiting for the food to be made.

The friendly staff always serves up terrific burgers with tons of topping choices including my favorite, A1 sauce. We love all of the choices available in the sofa dispensers like Barqs Creme Soda. They have free peanuts too. Im not such a big fan of the industrial style dining area which tends to be load and feel cold.

If your are in the Midwest and want a burger that is great without the trendy frills of some phony atmosphere... then this is the place... one day there will be a war amongst 5 Guys and In-n-Out... I think there is room for both of them... but 5Guys is the burger joint for my zip code.

Disappointing level of service on a slow night a few hours before close. Asked for cheese on my burger, and I didnt get any. Went back up and they just handed me a slice and apologized. And way too much money for an overcooked burger with cold cheese. Great fries, though.

Sometimes good service other times I just wish it didnt exist. Bad manners and attitude for absolutely no reason. Always skeptical of customers as if we did something ! Or maybe they all happen to have RBF. Who knows. Either way it doesnt cost anything to smile.

This is actually one of the best Five Guys in the area. The burgers actually stayed together rather than immediately falling apart as soon as in wrapped. All fresh and good. Place was clean as well. Staff was friendly too.

Ive only been here a few times, but the food is always fresh. I feel like Five Guys is a bit overpriced for what you get. I like a good burger, and good fries, but dont like to spend an arm and a leg to get it.

Great made to order burger and friendly staff. A regular sized fry is large enough to share between two people. The kosher hot dog is also very good. Order online or call ahead for faster service.

You literally design your own burger and they make it fresh! Another big plus is they give you extra French fries so get the small otherwise you wont be able to finish them all!
