Zero stars is what I rate this joke of a "Pizza Hut." Questionable practices, dirty-looking employees, and horrid customer service. It should be shut down by the health dept as I can only imagine the violations that occur here. Went in to place an order last night at 7:15pm. As I entered, the chime on the door went off and I walked to the counter. And waited. And waited over 5 minutes before any of the 3 employees acknowledged me. 1 was sitting on a stool with her back to the counter playing on her phone and the other 2 were chatting by the oven area. Both could see me at the counter. As I stood there waiting to order, one of the guys sneezed on 2 pizzas that had just come out of the oven. He did not cover his nose or wash his hands. Just laughed. He probably was the one making the next pizza. After this experience, I walked out and will NEVER return again.

Ordered delivery. Was overcharged when I check the receipt. Since wed waited an hour and half (twice the quoted time) and I had a hungry family, I signed the receipt and kept the pizza. Took it to the counter, opened the box and the pizza was completely cold. Not hot. Not Luke warm. Completely cold. Not anywhere near health code regulations. Called to request a replacement order and was not even offered An apology. Id like to say this is the first bad experience with this facility but its not. Its just our final bad experience. We wont give them anymore business. Update: when my reorder was delivered they only brought part of the order. the pizza I got was burnt. I drive to the store and got My money back. Do NOT order from this Place.

Was pretty pleased with the place til recently when we ordered a pizza for delivery an hour passed with no sign of arrival. Called and was assured it was on its way, told it should be any minute. Another 45 minutes passed with nothing. Called again and was told the driver had called multiple times which was a blatant lie. They decided to cancel my order and not call to inform me. All the while I have a house full of hungry people and in the time could have went to the store bought the ingredients and made my own. If they would have assumed fault this would not be at all something Id even post. Am not a happy camper, will be using Papa Johns may wait a little longer but at least the pizza will actually show up.

Worst place ever to work at. Tori is a pos low life manager bringing in a baby cause nobody else is allowed to watch her. Shes very rude to ppl she makes ppl feel really bad. She talks trash behind youre back and acts like shes very nice to ppl. She fired me last yr for sticking up for myself. Major law suit is heading there way. I hope to god the owners find out shes bringing in a sick baby with a tube hanging out the side of its head. She deserves to be fired. Her and Kathinna are best friends and stick up for each other when someone is saying something bad that Tori has done.

When my Large pizza showed up it was in a smashed medium sized pizza box that was taped together on the sides with Scotch tape. The delivery guy apologized and said that the store had run out of large boxes. The pizza toppings were stuck to the top of the box because the box was flattened. The pizza itself was cold and the crust was thin when it was supposed to be a pan pizza. I had never ordered from this Pizza Hut in the past and I will not be ordering pizza from this establishment in the future. This store is definitely not meeting Pizza Hut franchise standards.

Used to be our go to for pizza. Had a couple of orders be late/incorrect/etc so had not ordered from them in awhile. Decided to give them another shot. Ordered a pizza and cheesesticks at 630 on a Monday night. Apparently that is rush hour because even though it stated our order would be delivered by 7 it did not actually arrive until 735. And its ice cold. Like it has been sitting out all day long. No apology from driver whatsoever. Exactly why the local pizza place will be getting all of our business going forward. This Pizza Hut location is a complete failure.

FAIL Tuesday night, 730pm, this store is CLOSED. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When I call the older store on N. Mount Juliet Road, I am told this happens often. It is a franchise, not a Corporate store and they are NOT REQUIRED TO SERVE THIS AREA. This is one of the better parts of the county, and these idiots can decide NOT to be open? This is PIZZA HUT, not joeys meat and three. I am NOT ALLOWED to order from the older store that I have ordered from for the last ten years - because this store has my street under contract with corporate. FAIL.

The person who took my order was very rude. I have been a good customer, but I doubt very seriously if I will call again. Very very rude and demanding. I hope the pizza is good, it will be my last one from that store. Felt like I was being interigated by the police or something. Good grief!!! Order placed the night of 4-18-2014. I wish it was a Corporate store instead of a franchise. My complaint would go higher. There is no such thing as work ethic anymore or good manners or customer service.

Rated on 1-30-16. Every time Ive ordered a pizza, theyve been nothing but fantastic, and Ive been there numerous times. The girls who run the front are extremely nice and pleasant. It saddens me that these reviews are so awful, Im guessing theyve gone under new management. Whether I call in and order or sit and wait after placing an order, theyve been fast and everything is spot on. Will continue to buy from this Pizza Hut!

This is the new pizza hut in Providence shopping center. We have ordered from here several times and it has been wonderful each time. They need to get their stocking issues worked out though, every time we call to order, they are out of something we want. But the food is great.

Placed an order online and waited 2 hours. Finally when I got frustrated enough I called and they said they werent delivering today. Even after I received a confirmation email for delivery and a confirmation text. NOT COOL! Will not be ordering from them EVER again!!

Great pizza. Hot guy made my pizza. Overall an amazing experience, if i could give more stars I would. (mostly for the hot guy but the pizza was also rlly good 10/10 would reccomend)
