The restaurant is warm and inviting. The lighting is unique and brightens your dining experience. We were seated in the back and unfortunately the door was open causing a draft. Thankfully, the staff was quick to address the issue when it was mentioned. Overall the staff was attentive, but busy, leading to an average service experience. Not bad, just not great. There are a wide variety of menu options to fit any taste. My wife and I had the banoffe crepe and the cheap date waffle and we split the chicken pesto panini. The waffle and crepe were brought before the sandwich for some reason. There was enough delay to finish the initial entrees before receiving the panini. The waffle was fantastic. Perfectly cooked with an excellent mix of flavors. The crepe was OK, but the dulce de leche seemed more like caramel syrup than anything else. The chicken pesto sandwich had great flavor, but the sandwich was only warm not hot when served. Unfortunately toward the end, I encountered some avocado that was not yet ripe. Overall the brunch was good and I would come back to try it again.

Pathetic. My girlfriend and I decided to support our neighborhood. We walked in to find no one manning the non-labeled "hostess" area. Do you seat yourself or do you stand there like a knob to be ignored by the staff as we did? One cook looked at us and said, "I think theres a list, but a waiter will seat you, but Im not sure there is one." Then the shaved headed waitress walked by us twice without making eye contact with us while we continued to stand unaddressed. (Yes, the "cook" went back to not doing anything behind the counter with the 4 other employees ignoring us.) We finally left when another person came in and was quickly greeted with "Hi! How many are you?" while the little dark haired girl ignored us standing right next to him as he looked at us perplexed... Pathetic. I hope they are out of business with these reject employees. Where the hell is management/ownership? FYI - Saturday morning breakfast peak time. Thank God for Pamelas. Go there instead.

If you are in the area, go here for brunch or lunch. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the people in general that were around us were great! This was my first time there and had no idea what to pick off the menu. With help from our waiter and the guy sitting behind me, I picked the tiramisu crepes. Great choice! Not too sweet, they were perfect!

This place was an awesome experience. The European installation art was charming and the staff was friendly and quick. Everyone in my party loved what they ordered. We went here instead of Pamelas because a friends suggested it was better, and she wasnt wrong. I got the Smores stuffed French toast. Amazing.

Ordered a cappuccino, iced latte, build your own crepe and the chicken and gruyere cheese crepe. All were delicious!! Cappuccino foam wasnt amazing but the latte was decent. Crepes were well done and yummy!!! Everything fairly priced. Decor and music were quirky but fun!

Food: excellent and fresh. Price: one of the best restaurant bargains in Lawrenceville, actually all of Pittsburgh. Cute interior, the kind of quirky low key place thats perfect for a first date. And seriously, the food is fantastic. Ive been craving it for weeks.

Good service. Food mediocre at best. Ordered chicken crepe. No flavor. Kind of rubbery chicken. Burnt or chemical taste in the crepe itself. One plus was that the salad was tossed with dressing nicely. Id try a sweet crepe next time to see if that works.

Food is fantastic but service is lathargic at best. Been several times and each time I have had the same experience. Still worth a visit for the food. But expect a single cup of coffee without asking for a refill.

Im so glad to have discovered this place. Go for the crepes. Plan to go with a group, and have everyone order something different. Then share, and enjoy. PS - The savory crepes are fantastic!

I like it. Good coffee, tea, and eats. Has been a good place for breakfast/lunch meetings. I have some other favorites for coffee and breakfast, but I will surely dine here again.

Quirky and cool place. The ham and cheese crepe is utterly amazing. Seriously, if you eat only one thing at Geppettos, make it that crepe. The side salad is terrific too!

Service was a bit slow. There was about a ten minute gap between some at my table receiving their food. But otherwise staff was friendly and the food was great.

Decor inside is pretty cool. The coffee is great. I had the Geppetto sweet crepe which was good but had a little too much cream cheese icing/sweet cream

I loved my crepe. I got the "Signature Crepe" for breakfast. I thought the service was good and so was the coffee.
