This place doesnt offer waiting service. You order at the counter, pick up your order at thier counter and you get your own drinks. The cashier added a five dollar tip. This is illegal and its theft. When I contacted the owner I told him that I would just like our five dollars back. He offered free food or a discount next time we come. We didnt want free food or a discount we just wanted our stolen money back. The owner said he knew the girl and her parents and didnt think it was something she would do. He could have handled this in a professional manner. This offense is criminal. Im guessing the girl was 15 or 16. We wont be returning, not even for free food. We never received or money back.

Delicious pizza! Im not very familiar with New York style pizza so I cant say how authentic it is, but it was definitely tasty. Hot and fresh, straight out of the oven. A large pizza fed our group of 4 with a little leftover. The wait wasnt bad, about what youd expect for a pizza, not too long. It wasnt busy when we went. Staff was friendly and cheerful. Small selection of soft drinks, and I didnt have beer, but it looked like they had a big selection. Lots of individual tables with 4 chairs each, great for small groups or couples. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Overall it was a very pleasant lunch! Next time Im in the area Im coming here if I can! I want to try their garlic knots.

My associate and I were interested in your restaurant to cater an event later in the week. We stopped to scope out the New York Pizza Pub family, as we deeply value customer care at our company. We were surprised as we sat down at the patio that a woman, claiming to own the restaurant, rudely told us to leave because we did not purchase a meal from her restaurant. I am disturbed that you have management that treats potential customers with such poor care. We know that building relationships with the community has brought tremendous success to our company. I suggest you do the same.

First time from Fort Worth and boy was this place amazing! Staff was courteous and the food was very good! Garlic knots were the best we ever had. Chicken salad was fresh and full of flavor. Now on to the pizza..... I have to say it was amazing! We got the supreme and it was so good. The sausage wasnt like the rabbit turd sausage most places have instead it was real sausage. The crust was amazing and the sauce was just as good. They even gave us some garlic butter to dip our pizza crust in! My wife and I will be back for sure next time we are visiting!

BY FAR THE VERY BEST PIZZA FOR MILES AROUND. We visited Gruene and took a gamble to get some pizza. We picked the pizza up right before close. The staff was very nice and they made the best pizza i have had (possibly ever) We are from east texas and their isnt a single pizza place around that compares. The garlic knots have too much garlic but the Large pizza is 18" and only 14$ for a 1 topping. When we come back to Gruene the NEW YORK PIZZA PUB is for sure a must on our list! Try their Pizza.. you wont be dissapointed

My husband and I are from the Northeast and moved to Texas 12 years ago. Since moving here we have searched endlessly for real NY style pizza, nothing has even come close. Today is momentous-we finally found the perfect pizza at New York Pizza Pub in New Braunfels. Our search is finally over, we are thrilled! Also, the cheesecake was great (NY style) and we really liked the Lasagna as well. We will be back, again and again and again. Thank you NY Pizza Pub, we are really happy we found you!

Delicious pizza. Absolutely no complaints other than it being a little too tiny/crowded inside. Were from out of town, so we would have liked to eaten there, but we got it to go and brought it to the hotel. Amazing pizza. Reminds me of the pizza that was standard up in New England when I lived there. It makes me sad that we dont have a pizza place like that in our current hometown near the Gulf. We frequent this area and will definitely keep this place on our to do list.

Crust is way to soggy and soft to be considered good NY pizza. Flavor is okay, but who wants to eat mushy pizza?? Hot wings might have been okay if they werent swimming in oil. You want really good NY Italian food - go to Italian Garden in San Marcos - its the best Ive had since I left NY 6 years ago. I havent had their pizza, but their pasta and calzones are as good as youd find in any place in NY.

Need a better prep game when they sell the pizza by the slice.... I should of known better than to get the last cheese when I ordered... This pizza could have been good but it was kinda warm, burnt crust and cheese... The curst had a lot of potential if it was fresh and not over cooked. Recommend a different pizza joint but not bad if its not out of your way.

this place taste NOTHING like New York pizza! The mozz sticks were awful too. The Pizza crust, sauce and cheese were all lack luster. I am a born and raised New Yorker, and while I dont expect to have NYC pizza down here; dont claim to taste anything like it. I could look past the false NY style push, if the pizza actually tasted good. Wont be going back.

Pizza is not bad. Not the best Ive had. Service is slow. If they say 20 mins, itll be more like 45. Called in at 5:15. Told me it would be 15-20 mins. I got to the restaurant at 5:35 and they were just starting my pizza. 6 people on staff and it was me and one other customer in the building. Yikes. Thats some serious overhead to have such slow service!

Best pizza in a long time. Were from out of town and usually get suckered into the quoted best food places and get disappointed. This place though was the dang best pizza Ive had in a long time. Its a nice little pizza joint so theres not much seating but the pizza was awesome. If youre staying even one night in NB then go to this place for dinner.

My husband loves to cook and eat out and is one of the pickiest eaters I know and he just loves this place! Im not quite as picky in terms of food but am a sticker for good service. The owners and staff are so friendly and the service is great so there you go, great food and great service in one place......cant ask for more than that!

NY in Texas! Just took my first bite of the jalapeño & pepperoni pizza. I asked for garlic too. Mouth full of heaven! ! I miss the real garlic they use in NY and you guys know how it should be used!!!!! Real garlic, fresh jalapeños, and tasty peperoni! Ill be back. Often Im sure! !!!

Rich, you guys are my go to pizza place in New Braunfels. Thank you for making such a wonderful pizza place in the community. I love the fact that you are an active manager/owner, it has made every experience perfect. Ordering to night and will drink a beer in your pizza honor!
