This Pizza Hut always delivers to my house and every time they do they always burn something, mainly its always the bread sticks, and the delivery is well, lets just say you have to be very patient. I do have to say the pasta here is delicious, wings are mediocre taste sometimes they have a hint of microwave taste to them. The staff for the most part is young and lets just say, they dont really care about anything, they are just there to pay off their student debt, so if you plan to order here, its basically the get what you get pizza hut. Let them do their job & everything usually comes out alright.

Ok. I am late on this review, but it is a must. Usually when I order from Pizza Hut, the boneless wings are the only thing that turn out decent. Not this time. Not to mention I was already nervous because I ordered at like 10:20 PM when they closed at 11. Well, I was shocked to find my driver was on time,- and very pleasant. My pizza was fresh and loaded up, and the wings were amazing. I am very impressed and will definitely eat here again. I feel sometimes good work goes unnoticed, because we only complain about the bad things. Good Job, PH!

I call the Oakwood Pizza Hut and they did not have a driver to deliver, so I called this Pizza Hut. They would not deliver because we were not in their pizza zone. And they are as close as the Oakwood Pizza Hut. I explained that the Oakwood Pizza Hut did not have a driver for delivery. I ask them is this the way Pizza Hut treats their customers? We couldnt get a Pizza delivered. Pizza Hut your service to your customers is "NO SERViCE".

The ordering does take a bit more time than usual. Unfortunately, my order was delivered nearly an hour later than expected and seemed one of the pizza was made with the incorrect crust. Spoke to the manager named Ashley at the store and was told, "pretzel dough isnt real", just a regular crust with salt and its not something that store even carries. False advertising and unfortunately this is the last time I will order Pizza Hut again.

Every time I order from this pizza hut, they mess my order up, it shows up late, and they wont do anything about it. I recommend that you go elsewhere. The last time the manager told me "its not my problem" after they messed up my order. and I just called a little while ago to find that they arent delivering tonight. wow. what a poorly managed location. they have never gotten my order right once, dont do business with this pizza hut.

A single carry out pizza that was promised to be ready in 15 minutes took 30 minutes. And while I was waiting in the lobby, the manager came out yelling about how the delivery drivers werent showing up for work. Not a reliable or pleasant place. We will not be repeat customers.

They delivered my pizza and the whole bottom was burned. I called only for them to say pretty much it wasnt their fault and asked me what I wanted to do and I just said could they make me another pizza. They said they was to busy on a Monday night and rudely hung up on me.

Fast, tasty, good service. Great convenien online ordering.... My whole family loves the big dipper pizza (great idea). I never have been a huge fan of pizza but always loved the Italian bread sticks, this pizza is just like a huge Italian bread stick...

Im not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut but our pizza was so greasy that it was ripping apart when we lifted the slices. You could see the grease puddled in the pepperoni. The bottom of the box was covered in grease too. So disappointed.

They always mess up your order, I ordered for Veggie Lovers they have put meat in it. When i told them about it, they did not even had a courtesy to say sorry.... I strongly recommend to go some other location.... waste of time and $$$....

This is about as good as a Pizza Hut is gonna get. Just make sure you pick up your order, unless you want to wait 2 hours and then get a cold pizza or a pizza that isnt your order. Ive never had an issue with Carry Out, though.

I get carry out orders from this Pizza Hut regularly. I work next door and the orders are always cooked right and quickly. Maybe deliveries dont work well with this store but Ive had great luck with carry outs.

This pizza hut is below average. Quality is very inconsistent. Bunch of college age kids working in there who couldnt care less about your order. Jets Pizza is way better anyway.
