Im from South Texas and granted I dont dine at Chick-fil-A often but this was the nicest one Ive been to. Yes they were fast like most of this chain are but they were so nice. They accidentally gave me the wrong sandwich since mine was supposed to have cheese. They brought another one out and let me keep the extra. Their restaurant is so clean and they complimentary mouth wash in the ladies RR. Say what!?! They also have complimentary diapers, wipes and first aid kit supplies like bandages and neosporin! What fast food place goes above and beyond like this? ChikfilA! At least this one!

I went there for lunch on my lunch break for chicken noodle soup in the drive thru the person who took my order told a lie said they was out. How I know she lied, my girlfriend called talked to the manager and he told her they were not out of soup.and my girlfriend also said the manager wasnt much help either!! This chick-fil-a use to be one of the good ones not anymore. Just like so many of the other businesses, the management is poor so the crew workers are no better!!!

I hate the politics of ChikFilA as a company, but the food is so stinkin good, I still get it every blue moon. Never had bad food and the milkshakes and lemonade are great. Never had a problem at this location, and though I find the "my pleasure" thing thoroughly creepy, I know its just another company policy thing. Clean restaurant, and they have one of those playplaces for kids.

Unfortunately, for the first time ever - Chik-Fil-A messed up out order. Now, had this been missing fries or a wrong sandwich, that would be fine. There was half of a dead fly on my gfs sandwich and plastic in my milkshake. I will never go back to this place again and I plan on calling the manager as soon as possible. Im hurt, as a loyal customer.

What can you say about this place. The chicken is delicious and the tea is good. They actually have a rope to keep a uniform line leading to the 4 open registers. This makes sense, the McCala store should do it. The staff brings your meal out and Ive had offers for drink refills when Im at my table.

The worst chick fil a in Birmingham. I work nearby so Ive been to this location dozens of times. Almost every single time either my fries are cold and/or burnt or my order is wrong or missing something. So disappointing. The service is usually friendly but that doesnt make up for the incompetence.

As always, the staff is very friendly and food is good. Never disappointed by Chick-Fil-a! Work night shift and they are always happy to make me a chicken sandwich even though they are not serving lunch menu for another 3 or 4 hours- pretty much the only restaurant Ive found that will do that!

I love chick-fil-a. But this morning was absurd. Not only did the store mess up my order, but then the chicken minis were all messed up. The bread wasnt cut. The chicken was just in the bottom of the box. And we sat at the window for 5+ minutes for the food for it to come out wrong.

Its a great location thats always busy but has fairly quick service. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes they forget things in my order such as condiments or straws but its always when theyre busy.

I ordered using the Chick-fil-A app. My sandwich was ready within a minute after ordering, without standing in line. I think a Chick-fil-A sandwich is the best tasting fast food item in the entire market.
