I should start by saying I love Chic-fil-as food and service. Because of that, Im usually willing to give them some leeway when the food or service doesnt meet my expectations. Ive been to this location 3 times now and each time Ive left disappointed. Its by far the worst managed location Ive ever been to and would say the food quality and service is more like McDonalds than Chic-fil-a. Most CFAs have learned to quickly and efficiently manage the double drive thru. The wait at this location is atrocious, even though they have people outside working the line. The first two times I went through the drive thru, the food was cold and the milkshake was mostly melted. The third time I decided to go inside at around 8pm. I ordered some food and a peach milkshake, which was clearly listed on the menu board. I was told the milkshake was seasonal and no longer available, as they had run out that morning. When I asked why it was still on the menu board, the guy looked at the woman beside him and said.... "Ummm.... Its her fault". Based on the womans reaction, Id say he seemed to be legitimately blaming her, which is completely unprofessional and not what I would expect from chic-fil-as standards. Three visits and three examples of a poorly run/managed restaurant. Hopefully CFA corporate will get involved and get this location straightened out.

Only my 2nd visit ever to a Chic-fil-A. I was surprised how busy it was for a Saturday afternoon, but I I had almost no wait in line and our food came out fast. Agree with others, the staff was easily the friendliest "fast food " employees I have ever experienced.....and Im experienced! My 6 y/o thinks they have the best chicken nuggets. I had a delicious Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich and we both love waffle fries (yum!!!). Saw there was a long drive-thru line but it was "double barrel" AND order takers were outside doing pre-orders!!! Kudos to management. This is a very well run place. Are all Chic-fil-As run this well? We will definitely be back and be more frequent.

Went here a couple of days ago for my much needed chicken sandwich. Pros: Theres this anomaly at most Chik-fil-a, where you get this strange, high-quality guess service that a lot of restaurants lack. Sometimes I just want to be like, "yo, quit being so nice to me." The bathrooms are clean, the lyric-less music banging, and I always appreciate the small touch of fresh flowers - it brings a very earthly feel to the atmosphere Cons: Usually, the food here is pretty decent. The day I went in however, upon ordering and receiving my food, it was sadly a bit cold. Summary: The food was below usual quality, but the service was great and would gladly be a returning guest.

This Chick-Fil-A is the best managed Ive ever been to. It is always busy no matter what time of day, but they are always well staffed and the staff consists of some of the most polite people youll ever meet. The food is wonderful, as to be expected. But by far the attention to detail at this restaurant is what sets it apart from all others. Its always clean, always fast, and it is always a pleasurable dining experience.

Typical Chick-fil-a food. My family stops at this CFA almost every time we travel up north. The food is consistent, the location is easy to get in and out of, the staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and spacious. We have had instances where we stopped and the location was a trial site for new food products. Weve enjoyed trying some potential new menu items as well as some that have made the cut.

I typically love Chick-fil-A and normally really dont have any complaints cuz its one of my favorite restaurants however at this visit I asked for four splendas in my diet iced tea and there wasnt none in it and the waffle fries were a little bit stale theyre kind of cold and not very good but other than that I usually like Chick-fil-A so Im not sure what was going on with that visit

Over all great location. Staff is always extremely nice, friendly and professional. The only bad thing about this location can be the parking situation. If you go during a busy time, you can have a hard time finding a place to park or have to park across the road in another parking lot. Other than that A+.

This restaurant has the best customer service and great food too! There was a miscommunication with my order but the managers were very quick to make it right. They refunded my money back. The people who work here are the nicest of any restaurant around. Love this place.

Friendly, inviting staff and atmosphere with quick to-your-table service of tasty food. I love the easy going instrumental renditions of popular praise & worship music! Another wonderful thing: be called by name for your order. Definitely recommended. :-)

Best fast food on the planet. Not only is it delicious and hot, no other restaurant can get 16 cars through the drive through in 9 minutes during noon rush. Always great service with a smile. Even among Chick-fil-A restaurants, this is my favorite.

This is the best managed Chic-Fil-A I have ever been to. Excellent service, consistent food and all of the staff are on top of everything. Perfect for family outing and even lunch they get the food to you quickly and its always prepared correctly.

Overwhelmed. Too many people. They need two of these in Carmel. We had to park far away. They forgot our plastic ware for the salads that they normally put in the bag so we had to walk all the way back to get it through the crazy crowd and cars!

The employee were exceeding gracious, polite and helpful. I have never been in a fast fold place with this type of service. I just wish one was closer to my home. The food was great. Moist flavorful chicken.
