Absolutely pathetic. Ordered on my phone for carryout, app said it would be ready within 30 minutes. Left the house and arrived at the pickup window about 25 minutes later. So 5 minutes before the 30 minutes promised. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, then arrived at the window. Paid for my pizza and even left a tip. After paying the lady said it would be another minute or so, and asked me to move up a bit and she would bring it out to me when it was done. No problem, did as she asked and waited. It was very cold out, and I had my small child in a car seat in the back. We just finished swim lessons, so I didnt want to get out of the car with him. 30 Minutes of additional waiting later, without any update, I had enough. I took my child out of the car seat and walked inside to figure out what in the world was taking so long. The lady out the counter was friendly, but asked for my information at least 5 times before finding it. After finding my order she went back to the kitchen to find out what the deal was. She came back and said it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. I already was late for something and there was no way I was going to wait another 20 minutes (or more) so I asked for a refund. I was then told they do not give refunds and would credit my account for my next order. I doubt Ill ever use this credit. I paid for a Pizza box that I never received and am out the money spent with. What irritates me even more is that they received a tip for nothing! I doubt Ill ever go back.

I waited more than two hours despite being assured that it wouldnt take more than one, had a rude, unkempt delivery person sneer that he was quitting because he wasnt making enough money (*I* had already tipped him, presuming the restaurants sloth was not his fault), and when I called the restaurant, I got put on hold for 10 minutes. The person who picked up (Im presuming she was a manager, although she didnt identify herself as such) didnt even apologize. I feel like I shouldnt have to microwave pizza immediately after its been delivered, and a delivery person should mouth off to customers if he wants better tips. tl;dr: Cold, mediocre food, slow, terrible service, apathetic management. Thanks for nothing.

Made an order that was approximately 40$, not including the tip. This location no-called and no-showed. And wouldnt answer the phone a half hour before their posted closing time. This order was made just over 2 hours before closing. Received confirmation email saying Id have my order in 45 minutes. The "tracker" updated to the point it said my order was being cooked. I submitted my phone number and email, I dont understand why they couldnt contact me if it was too late. No call and no show.

The first time I ordered from this location I arrived a couple of minutes early for my pizza. It took them an additional 20 minutes to get my order made and out to me. All the while people who came in after me got their stuff and left. The second time, after thinking I would give this place the benefit of the doubt, I ordered for delivery. Its been over an hour and we live right down the street. Seriously, do not eat here unless you want to wait till you are starved to get your food.

good pizza. As far as employees. the employee taking our order was very good. we ate in. all employee played in the back. no napkins . we were told they ordered the wrong ones and were given paper towels as a replacement. we were disappointed that there was no real forks. only plastic. we had to ask for paper plates when waitress brought our pizza to our table. we were a family of 3 and she only brought 2 paper plates . my last trip to this location.

This review is based on my visit on 4-9-13. We walked in and ordered a carry out order. We waited for over 45 minutes. We ask the employees several times what the wait was. We were told that all delivery orders were more important than anything in-store. So we waited and waited. Never an apology or you order is up next. Very very bad experience. Employees were rude and hateful. Please avoid this location.

The service and quality of this place was awful. We ordered our pizza 20 minutes in advance and it took them 20 minutes to get it out to us when we got there. Upon arriving home we sat down to eat the pizza and it was cold and horribly made. They also didnt put half the ingridients on two of the pizzas we ordered. Overall I would never eat here again.

Ordered a pizza online, says that it will be delivered in 40 minutes. Get a phone call from the store at the 30 minute point, employee says it will be an hour for delivery. We ask why & are told "We have other orders" Pitiful... Ordered from Dominos & they were able to to deliver before the Pizza Hut time frame.

Well the rude lady who answered said "yes, but its dinner time and we dont have time to talk about hiring" and hung up on me... rude# glad she did that so I dont put my application in and waste my time because I dont take rudeness lightly ...

Smoking is against the law within 8 feet of the restaurant.. and what they do? well they keep the back door open and decides to let the smoke of cigarette in the store.. this is not right. they should be fired for violating the state law.

Incompetent chatty staff. Nov. 2014 ordered breadsticks as appetizer, delivered with dinner. Dec. 2014 ordered AND PAID FOR breadsticks, left counter, waited 10 minutes, and they gave to the wrong table... then lost the replacement order.
