I recently ordered a pizza and breadsticks to go from this location and the service was absolutely horrible. After waiting in line at the carryout window for nearly a half an hour, like the several other customers also there at that time, I was told that my pizza was in the oven and should be out very soon. One man had been waiting there for an hour and still didnt have his order. After another 15-20 mins my wife came in to ask for our money back but the shift manager did not know how to even do that. My wife was told that we were going to receive a $40 credit back on our debit card (even though my wife didnt give him a card to credit) and the receipt she got wasnt even for our order, so who knows who will receive the credit. We did finally get our pizza and breadsticks and they were virtually ice cold, and the pizza box was soaked with grease and looked dirty. Im waiting to see if we actually do receive our $40 credit but Im not holding my breath. This will be the last time we order from this location.

Last two times we have went we have had a couple issues... First time the waitress wouldnt let me put in a to go order to take some pizzas home to my kids.. she told me I would have to go up front myself and order them. But I was still eating dinner with my family and wasnt ready to leave yet , I just wanted to have them ready when I left . So I just called in a to go order from my seat on my cell phone. Then today we went for the buffet and there was No pasta. I asked for some and we was there for at least 30 min and they still never brought any out. So we never did get any Pasta . Also there was something floating in my drink... Looked like chicken to me but not sure what it was... They said they thought it was a straw wrapper... I dunno... But next time if we go and have issues Im gonna say three strikes and they are out.. They wont be getting my business anymore.

This place is very bad service. I order online all the time same-store I called after my pizza was 25min late they said no order was received. I told them I got a email and txt saying it had been received. They said maybe wrong location I order all the time itd always this location so I hang up check my email. I was correct called back talked to manager said my name was weird so they called and no answer then switched to number not in-service I have the email and txt on my phone for proof. Then I told him I order from you all the time online and by phone so Im in the system. I didnt get this resolved horrible service judged by my name ...i think they just werent doing their jobs. I have received cold pizza in past no toppings been brought wrong receipt and missing items... I dont know why I continued giving them my money..

Pizza was eh, ok! Service not good, one server had to wait more than 10 minutes for refills on drinks, while multiple employees wandering around in back looking busy, no manager ever in sight during the 45 minutes there, will NOT RETURN.

Pretty standard PH place. The salad bar is mediocre but hey people usually dont visit for the salad. I usually stop in late. Typically understaffed but the servers who are there are friendly.
