The food is good, if you can get it! Most out the time they are out of something. But, they dont hesitate for charge you double for the extra meat you have added to make up for the items that theyre out of, or for the guacamole. I dont understand how a company whose stock is as high as it is, constant run out of items. But they make sure they have enough rice to pile on you. Twice Ive walked out because they were out of vegetables or chicken, or several times had to wait for them to cook chicken because they ran out. Is no one paying attention on how much of these items are being used, or how often you run out? You dont have that menu items on the menu! I adding to my above comment and lowering my rating because in addition to always running out of food, the people dont seem to care if your dissatisfied with your order. They just want you to get through the line and out the door.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Chipotle. Dont order ahead from this location. I repeat DO NOT order ahead as it will do you no good. We placed an order at 11:30 am for a noon pickup. Upon arrival, yes they were busy, but the person handling the pick ups (Drew) clearly had no clue what he was doing and was unprepared. It took a half hour for him to finally realize that our food was in a warmer under the cash register. Our food had been sitting there for who knows how long. Then Drew proceeded to try to overcharge my coworker for guac even though she didnt have it on her bowl. We had to open it and show it to him. At that point he said well I guess Ill take it off. YOURE DAMN RIGHT YOU WILL! At no point did he offer to compensate us at all for his ineptitude. Will not return.

My family and I stopped at Chipotle in Kokomo IN on July 1st around 2:30 pm. When we walked in EVERY table was dirty and the floors were dirty. When I walked up to order the girl working the never said a word to me just stared at me. There was a older man who looked homeless (he was dirty and his clothing was dirty and very scruffy ) working behind the cash register which just seemed strange but still because I love Chipotle I started to place my order with the girl you pretty much ignored me, then I saw the older homeless looking man open the refrigerator behind him and and started eating something with his hands!! at that point we left.

Food is great, but this specific chipotle typically struggles to get people through the line. Currently Im standing in a line of 25 people or so, and of the five employees I can see only one is actively helping customers. Another is actively rushing back and forth between cleaning and checking out customers. Three seem to be wandering aimlessly around the "kitchen." Way to go two employees! Stinks that no one seems to have the authority here to ask make the system work better.

Not good, the staff needs trained on how to interact with the customers, at least act like they are happy to see them. When you to have walk around the trash and what looked like grease at the front door it really set a bad tone, how clean is the inside. When you open the front doors every day just take a minute and see if its clean, if not hire a cleaning service to power wash it. Its not had to clean, its called soap and water.

Usually, we receive great food and service, and are regular customers. Today, however, we were given the wrong order and when we returned for the correct order, there was no apology, just a couple of BOGO cards for a future trip (if there is one). Im a sucker for a good apology in lieu of freebies, so to be treated as if this was a bother to the store, did not sit well. Ill think for a while to see if we return.

They literally NEVER have all of their offered ingredients available. And then its just awkward because you want what they dont have. Its always a few missing things, meat, veggies, something... the employees are nice but they clearly dont care, nor does management. I come here somewhat often and this no joke is the same EVERY SINGLE TIME. Completely boycotting this location.

I love love love the atmosphere of Chipotle! The only thing that tops the atmosphere is the wonderful customer service I receive at the burrito bar when creating my massive masterpiece. I love that the workers joke with the customers, make small talk, and are speedy with their service. Id eat here every day if I could.

Our best experience at a Chipotle. While stopping for lunch on our way to Indy we were served by a super friendly staff that paid attention to detail. Our kids meals were made with care for ease of eating and cleanliness. Big thanks to Jeffrey at the register that topped off the great experience.

The staff has always been nice when I went, and the food is always great. The hard tacos or the burrito for sure! Also, it has to be with pork, I didnt care for the chicken, not the stores fault though. One of the best places in Kokomo to eat at!

Burrito bowls are great, they have outdoor seating although since this is Indiana, so its only useful during spring and summer, for you out of towners it is located at the main entrance of the Markland mall.
