This restaurant is awful. I have eaten here several times at the request of friends and family and have never been impressed with the food or service, but my most recent experience was the worst. The service was terrible, which isnt surprising for hibachi-style dining, but it was worse than usual. I have worked in the restaurant industry, and there is no excuse for the disorganization of the servers and bussers. I assume someone complained to the management, because half-way through dinner a new server appeared and told us he was taking over and we were all getting another round of whatever we were already drinking, on the house. Free alcohol is fun but did not make the experience worth the trouble. The food was mediocre, as always. At the end of our meal (two hours later), our original server reappeared to drop off our checks, all of which were wrong. She had to redo them twice, and they were STILL not correct, so my group just worked it out among oursevles (this was not a group of 20 people, either, only five). I was relieved to be washing my hands of the situation when we left, however the nightmare continued when my debit card was not charged until two full weeks after the night we dined. I dont know if they held out until after the first of the year for budgeting reasons or WHAT, but it was annoying and in my opinion, unacceptable. I should note that I left a CASH tip, so that was not part of the hold up on the banking side. My friends cards were also charged two weeks later. If you love the atmosphere of hibachi and are alright with food that taste just O.K., its your place, but I will not spend my money there again, and I am typically VERY easy to please when it comes to food.

Ive eaten here probably 6 times by now, so I think I have a fair view. Its a fantastic place for martinis; I havent had a bad one yet! I love the infused vodkas, ginger pear and white peach good tea are especially good. I also love their sushi, especially the fun and different strawberry roll. Their hibachi grill is also super tasty. On the negative side, I dont think this is a good place to go for thai entrees. Ive never had a memorable one, excpet the pad thai and that was because it tasted like bbq sauce w/ a little bit of peanut flavor and sweet. Okay if thats your thing, but not what I want from a pad thai. And the tom yum soup is awful. Actually most of their soups are bad. Once had a terrible server, but I havent seen him so maybe he got fired. Frank is awesome if he still works there!

Ive made reservations several times here and they have never sat me down within even a half hour. Its usually 45 minutes to an hour past reservation time when Im sat. This screws up the whole evening if you were planning on doing anything time-sensitive afterwards (like out to a movie). The hibachi is ok, but its pretty much your run-of-the-mill hibachi. They all taste the same and all chefs perform the same tricks. The sushi is subpar and way overpriced. Lunch server also doesnt seem to understand the concept of time. Most people have less than 1 hour to get in and out to eat. Ive never made it out in under an hour, and we have had to stop visiting for lunch. Over all there are more enjoyable Hibachis with better Sushi around. Id suggest looking elsewhere.

Racist....horrible experience there....I only wanted to order take out....upon walking in the manger gives me very uncomfortable looks as if he didnt want me there...the young white cashier was very nice, but really couldnt answer my questions regarding Japanese cuisine, so she asked him and he just shrugged his shoulders and never looked at me or attempted to help....I ordered chicken teriyaki for me and tempera for my fiance....All entries come with fried rice and soup, but when I got home neither my fiance nor me had fried rice....just meat and soup....never get this black couples service again...what oriental restaurant forgets fried rice that comes with every meal?

Ate here the other day with a group of 6 and was charge $19.00 dollars for my meal! Also everyone in my group was charged a $4 service fee and was not told. We all left an additional $3 tip not knowing they already charged us for one. When my mom and I called about the situation we were told they said they only charge the service fee for groups of 8 or more and that they couldnt do anything about it and the manager didnt even try to fix the problem. So if you ever eat here make sure to always check your checks and make sure everything is correct or they will most likely overcharge you!! I was very upset and will most likely never be returning to eat here!

Osaka has wonderful atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, but the food was really bad. How in the world can you burn noodles? Ask our "chef" I am sure he will be happy to show you. The stench from the burnt noodles and the burning cook top was almost too much to bear. The scallops were overcooked (they were hard) and the shrimp was almost completely burnt (very black edges). If you can believe it, the soup tasted like soap. At the end the "chef" poured soapy water onto the cook top, I dont mind steam, but I do mind smelly in your face, over powering steam.

I have been here with my family several times. Our daughter likes this place, so we go to please her. Every, single, time it is a race to get home to our bathroom. The food/oil/butter affects so many people in our extended family. The food smells good, looks good, but I think it is too oily or rich for many peoples digestive systems. If they could use less oil and butter on the grill, less people would be effected in a negative way. Their salads are good, their little bowl of fresh onion soup is good, but the food could make you sick.

When they first opened, they used to be decent. As a vegan, Im very interested as to what goes into my food. On 3 separate occasions, I was told that there were no eggs in products and there was. I have encountered terrible customer service and flat out rudeness from staff on several occasions. This is the only Asian place Ive ever been that has served me runny tofu as well. The last time I went in there, I was told by the host that there was absolutely nothing vegan or vegetarian friendly on their menu. I will never go back.

The food is very fresh and tasty. I went with couple of my friends and had a taste of hibachi and sushi. The habachi chef was very friendly and entertaining. This restauarant is more like fusion that combines thai and japanese cuisin which is slightly different from traditional japanese restaurant. Theres a great variety to choose from so that everyone will be able to find the dish they like. Our waiter is friendly as well and gave good recommendations. Will definately go again in the near future to try their thai food.

Im from Florida and I never really got to go out as much, a guy offered to take me out to dinner. I havent had sushi in such a long time, he said he liked sushi but only had sushi from like a buffet (it broke my heart). We came here and tried new sushi and he loves actual sushi and with our drinks and how much sushi we got, the price honestly wasnt bad. 4 different types of sushi and 6 different sashimi plus 3 drinks less than 60$. Told my friends about it, favorite sushi in this town
