Dont order here. Service is ridiculously bad. 1st takeout order (fri 630) wife waited 35 minutes for food after posted online pickup time. Food was good. 2nd takeout order (sat 3pm) called ahead before picking up online order. They were late 10 minutes. Ok whatever. food was good. Then they have me a 10 coupon after a survey. 3rd takeout order (fri 643pm) food was supposed to be ready in 30 min (713pm). Called to confirm order was ready and waited on hold for 18 minutes. Nobody answered. Wife called as well and got through. I think thats because her number wasnt on the order so they figured it was a new order? Anyway it was a call center I think. The person told her the order was ready at 713. She asked if it was actually ready and the call center employee could confirm (obviously). Dont bother eating here. We still havent picked up the third order. Maybe you can get a deal!

Its dark and dingy. Smells like 10 year old grease. I ordered carry out and the "Asst Mgr." calls me 3 minutes before my order is supposed to be complete to tell me they dont have some of my toppings...its a Wednesday night and they close in an hour, she just didnt want to cut any up. Then she and another employee talk about their personal business and complain about working there as loud as they can, while Im waiting for the other pizzas of ordered. When theyre done the same "Asst Mgr" says, "your pizzas are done" from across the room. Just super ignorant. and rude. They were sitting in a booth playing with their cell phones when I came in and didnt even acknowledge that I walked in until they finished whatever they were doing. It was super filthy too...I ended up throwing the pizza out.

Id never been to this Pizza Hut before tonight so I thought Id give it a chance. Id just seen a TV ad for their $8.99 dinner box. I pull up to the restaurant and theres a big banner spanning the length of one of the windows that advertises it. Then I go to the front counter and the manager is on the phone and doesnt even acknowledge that hell be right with me. Finally he hangs up the phone after 3 minutes and asks me quietly what I want. I ask about the dinner box. He bluntly says "We dont have that." I stormed out. This exchange, combined with the fact that its so dark and grimy that Sloth from the Goonies wouldnt even want to be there, proves that this is truly a horrible place. Youd be much better off driving the extra 6 miles going to the one on E. Chicago street in Elgin.

Gave in and went there the bathroom mirror had dust on it an inch thick, over all the bathrooms were disgusting, there was a huge spiderweb in the corner of the booth, booth was all over dirty, and the customer service is terrible. Clearly management doesnt care how gross the place looks. We did not stay to eat. FORGOT to deliver our pizza. I called them after an hour when they told me it would be 30-45 minutes and said someone should be there soon. Called again 20 minutes later and told me an order was never placed. Ridiculous.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza for delivery on the internet . in my experience when ordering a bbq chicken pizza they replace the marinara sauce with bbq sauce and then add cheese n toppings and thats your pizza right. They decided to pretend like they were chefs and go the extra mile sauce then cheese n topping cooked it then hey why not they loaded another layer of sauce on top of the cheese . i tried eating it since i paid for it already i couldnt it was just way too sweet way too much sauce

Guy claimed to be manager after hanging up on me when I asked if they deliver to my address, he the proceeded to tell me they are busy and thats why he hung up and could answer my question , extremly rude and zero customer service. This location should mo be open. If they cant serve their customers they should get a staff that can. Dont order from here

A couple times I have ordered for lunch pickup, gotten there, and the store was closed. The last time I was there, they were closed and were having some kind of party. I only carry out, but the dining area is strewn with pizza boxes, and the kitchen area is absolutely filthy.

Apparently "no seasoning" doesnt mean what I thought it did...And would it kill you to at leat say how long my order would be before you abruptly hang up? If you dislike your customers or your job that much you know you can just quit....

Twice have arrived at pickup time for carry-out order only to learn it has even been started yet. Second time they threw away my order when I refused to pay until it was complete. NEVER order from this location.

A few years back I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came, they then turned the phones off. I ordered again a few weeks later for pickup and never went to get it. Lol
