The girl behind the couter was super unfriendly, I had to clean my own table, it took forever to get our order, upon receiving our order, my crunch rap shells were stale, i couldnt bite down on it, i actually had take the shells out of the wrap and eat it separately, i would have asked for a new order but it took to long the first time, my husband ordered three supreme tacos, all lettuce, and cheese, no sour cream, The meat was barley visable on the taco. Pathetic service!!!! Will not wver be going back.

Employees felt kind of rude, honestly. It felt like there was a lot of attitude from them. The front register was out of singles, and when the cashier asked for some, it took fat to long to have them brought up, and when they were, the guy that did bring them up, he just tossed them on the counter in a pile, instead of handing them to the cashier. Then, I ordered a doubledilla, which wasnt doubled up in anything, as it shouldve been. Very disappointed in this location.

They changed their hard shell tacos to be thinner, they are so thin in fact l they break when touched. So i have 5 tacos here that are impossible to eat because if i pick it up itll crack and if i take a bite the entire thing will disintegrate. Seriously how does having paper thin shells make sense. How much are you saving really. I am never coming back.

The manager Nick is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Ive been in management positions before, and the way I was talked to today would have gotten me fired! The crew members are probably the nicest people there. Stay humble and speak to everyone with respect regardless of your position or title.

Their prices are extremely outrageous. For 4 soft tacos and nothing else was $6.90. When asked girl (Chaunessy), how much they each were, she was way too busy to give a price let alone stop messing with the people inside. Stay away from this place!!!!!!

Takes a VERY long time to get your food and there is about a 50% chance it will be wrong. However, and somewhat amazingly, they are still way faster and more accurate than the taco hell in nearby Yorkville.
