My husband ordered from there for the first time just now on his way home. He ordered two flatbreads and asked for /double/ steak on them. Got home after a half an hour drive, sits down and goes to eat when he noticed they seemed more thin than the sandwiches usually are. So he opens them and finds absolutely no meat in them once so ever, nor anything else! Just the breading is all thats there! Never ordering from that location again!!!

The food here is always tasty, its fast food, of course it tastes good. But service is extremely slow every time I go. Employees at the drive up window are always really nice. I just avoid going there now because it takes so long to get through the drive thru line. I once waited 20 minutes in line and was still 4 cars away from ordering! Luckily I was able to safely back out and go elsewhere.

Personally, this is the best taco bell I have ever been to, and I (regrettably) eat a LOT of taco bell. They always load up my sandwiches, nachos, and burritos more than other locations. The staff is friendly and the few times I have missed an item or anything, they have quickly covered it and gave me some free stuff for the trouble. Will continue to come here again and again.

Food is good majority of the time but man are they slow. It takes an average 30 minutes in the drive thru every time i go to this t.b. Im not sure if its training or short staff, but Ive been going to this establishment for over 3 years since moving to McHenry and they have always been ridiculously slow.

Typical food but the service has changed under new management and the people have the personalities of wet shoes. Be careful of who you order from, they dont even know about the food they are serving. Extra cheese and extra sour cream that you pay for never happen to be put on the nachos.

This place gave me food poisoning. I was throwing up all day. This is the only taco bell I recommend to not go to. If you dont want food poisoning, undercooked meals and getting your order wrong. Go to the one in Woodstock or any other taco bell around the area.

I have to say, since they built the new building it has been alot cleaner. The old building and the way they kept it clean was nasty. I just hope the mangement doesnt let this place go!
