I too have been burned by this place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon when a pizza joint/restaurant is supposed to be full and was surprisingly empty. (hmm, I wonder why?) Pizza was over cooked and didnt taste right. The service was poor (and the girl which name I will not mention) was completely OBLIVIOUS to her job duties as public servant and had a meager attitude. Be careful for over tipping as well, I felt they didnt deserve a "good" for the above stated. The girl still went ahead and charged herself what she thought she deserved and not want she earned. Heres a good tip: Dont steal from customers.

Orders are regularly 20-30 minutes late (Why does someone who dislikes a place so much order from it so regularly, you may ask yourself. My spouse has a certain appreciation for this establishments fine cuisine) on weekdays and wrong half the time. Never order delivery. There are plenty of other places much less disappointing to order from in the area. The pizza buffet can only handle about 6-8 people at a time before everyone starts waiting 10-ish minutes between a pizza or two coming out and everyone scrambling for some before you rinse and repeat.

Okay, this is what I dont understand. Dominos is the same distance to my house just like Pizza Hut.. and Dominos still delivers but when I checked for pizza hut delivery, apparently they dont make deliverys that far. Its only ten minutes away. I have no car and was craving Pizza Hut this time. I would have paid a good tip bc I feel bad that the people have to drive just so we can get a pizza. Also even a sub shop will deliver their food to my house and theyre 25 mins away.

Food is always great... except for the times they mess up our orders :( For example today, ordered 2 medium pizzas. 1 was cheese and veggies, pan pizza. came out hand tossed // the 2nd was no cheese w veggies, was supposed to be hand tossed and got the pan with butter/garlic crust flavor. the problem? was supposed to be vegan friendly :/ other than that its always fast deliver and kind employees

I order a pizza online to be delivery at 12:48. A hour past before i called them and they said we dont delivery that far ( i live about 15 minute is away). But how was I suppose to know that if no one calls me to tell me that in straight to take out.

Delivery service is terrible. This was the 4th time in 4yrs that the order was wrong/not deliver in the time promised . They are very quick to ask if you would like to cancel your order. I do not recommend this specific Pizza Hut location.

I wish i can rate this place higher than a 5 star. This is certainly by far the best pizza I have ever tasted. Every single bite had an amazing flavor. I would recommend this place to any pizza lover, or any person. Thank you Pizza Hut!!

Place a simple order and it took over an hour and a half to be delivered when the restaurant in not even 10 minutes from my house. The pizzas where also cold. What a disappointment Pizza Hut has turn out to be.

Absolutely horrible. Every single time I have given this place the benefit of the doubt, I regret it. Understaffed workers end up leading me to wait 30 min+ for a carryout order. Never again will I order from here.

The new manager was very helpful. I was able to have a pizza with the pepperonis in a heart-like shape sent to my significant other for Christmas. Thank You Pizza Hut!
