I have been a fan of Royalberry until recently when their customer service was unsatisfactory. I called in an order for pickup and upon arrival the hostess was rude. I paid for my food only to get home and find out one of the orders was incorrect. I called to notify them and the lady asked if I could come back tomorrow or Monday to get the correct order. I told them it was kind of inconvenient to come back that way and asked if they could deliver correct order. She said she would get order to me right away and I could give wrong order to driver. I provided her with the address and confirmed how the cook should make the order. After 40 minutes of waiting I called for status of delivery and employee told me the driver couldnt find my apartment and didnt know apartment number. The driver didnt need the unit number because the name for my order is on the bell. Furthermore, we received delivery on multiple occasions from Royalberry. She continued on to say he could not call me since they did not have my number. I was in total disbelief as I gave them my number when I initially placed my order. I was in more disbelief when she said they were too busy for the driver to make another attempt and suggested I come get the food. I was very disappointed at that time. I waited 40 minutes for food that would not arrive; told driver allegedly could not find apartment; and inconvenienced for having to make another trip to the restaurant. Needless to say, I returned the food and requested a refund. The hostess at register was rude and other hostess was a tad bit nicer. I requested a manager and second hostess went to get him when she did not know how to refund my card. The owner/manager came out very apologetic and tried to accommodate me for the inconvenience. He issued refund and was willing to have his cooks give me something else. I told him thanks but I could not wait. Hopefully he will retrain his hostesses on how to obtain the required information for a delivery. I am still turned off by the service from hostesses as we come there frequently and recommend Royalberry. It will be quite some time before me and my family return to this restaurant.

Horrible service today. The waiter messed up our order twice. She had the nerve and go to the kitchen and tell the chef we told her something else. I heard everything she said we were sitting all the way in the front. Please get a waiter that can comprehend. I ordered 2 chicken & waffle meals and a shrimp & fry dinner. She only gave us one chicken & waffle dinner and the shrimp dinner. She was about to give my order of shrimp to my sister and I told her thats not her order she had the chicken and waffles also. So she went to tell the chef. About 10-12 mins she comes back out with a chicken & waffle dinner, and shrimp & fry dinner. I tell the lady she did not have the shrimp dinner then she shows the madness in her face. She went to back and I heard every word she said. She told the chef that I ordered two of each. If I had ordered two why would I tell you that was not her order. I would have let her keep the dinner in the first place.

We had a reservation at 600pm for a party of 7 people. When we arrived our table was not ready. We waited an hour for our food....when it came we still had our dirty soup bowls on the table with no place to put our dinner plates. We asked the hostess why our food was taking so long and she snapped a nasty comment under her breath and walked away. During the hour wait for our food our waitress never came back to fill our drinks either. I would say that my husband and I were regulars at Royalberry but with this extremely poor service and disrespectful hostess we will no longer patronize this establishment. Id also like to comment that the poor service was not because they were busy....there were only 7 tables of customers and two waitresses, one bus boy, one bartender, and a nasty hostess! It is a shame because we live directly behind the restaraunt....but I wont give this restaraunt another visit.

Food was good... nothing blew me away but the constant crowd here cant be wrong. 9 a.m. on a Thursday morning and there are any impressive crowd of older folks so i knew it must be reasonably priced. Its noisy. The service was good. Two eggs, hash browns, 4 small strips of bacon, two pancakes and coffee for $9.81. Coffee was ok. What impressed me was that they have a patio and the sign on the door said they deliver and according to the Google page its true. U Can also get %10 off your first visit my texting a number to be added to their text list. All was good. My only complaint was the noise since its not designed in a way to stop any noise but people are having a good time.

I would less 0 stars if I can. Service was ok, but the question is : DO YOU HAVE TIME TO KEEP MISSING UP WITH ORDERS WHEN THERE IS ONLY 2 OF US. ??? "Manager on Duty" didnt even apologized after we told her that we have to go to the airport!!! Is this a joke !! At least try, just try to win me back as a customer. My advice to customers : go somewhere else, other places will appreciate your business more. My advice to the owner : Find another business to do, because you wont stay for long if you stay running your business this way. It 2017 !!!! You have to compete with others.

Didnt have the best experience. Hash browns and eggs didnt taste done, waffles tasted like nothing but dough. Scrambled eggs werent scrambled, instead just looked like folded over omelette batter. Staff was scrambling around yelling about a broken freezer instead of keeping it quiet and in the kitchen. Waitress was rude and didnt even give us our check when we were ready to go but argued with other employees about who should call someone to fix the freezer. Will not be returning.

This place is a joke. Ive been there twice and both times the hostess/cashier had an attitude. Besides the fact her badly done blond dye job isnt fooling anyone. First time I ate there, I took my mother. We had terrible service. I decided to go on my own a few years later, maybe service changed. Well, I walk in and no one approached me for a while. So I decided to leave. My money is worth more elsewhere.

I have tried this place 3 times now and every time we go the customer service gets worse. The food orders are never right and the waitress asked me "Whats a Rubin." Another waitress gave us attitude about our two year old daughter playing with the sugar packets. I would advise staying as far away from this place as possible. The harvest room, Lumes, Belles bakery are all far better choices.

Had a wonderful experience this past week at Royalberry for breakfast. Actually ate there twice. Had a great server - ask for Liz - and the cook was easy to accept some changes to the dish I ordered to my taste! Wonderful, wonderful waffles! Skillets were Excellent! Nice, friendly wait staff! Im looking forward to eating there again the next time we are in the area!
