I have to agree with the other reviews. I have been to this location many times and have absolutely never had a bad experience. I dont know if it is good management, good employees, or a combination of both but it works. The food is always great and the service is always quick. The last time I checked those are pretty much the only essential requirements of a good fast food joint. Its not common that you see service and quality that stretch above and beyond in fast food, but this establishment delivers. I think the person that rated it 5 stars had a mini-stroke and moved the mouse when he clicked the stars.

Always an amazing experience! I go so often and get the same thing the employees know my name and know what I am going to order. The employees are always friendly, happy to see their regulars and I am not the only one. They greet new customers just popping in and they give suggestions if people cannot decide. They know their products. Theyre also very quick and the food consistently taste great and look great. I highly suggest visiting this Taco Bell if youre near by.

Horrible experience in drive through! Two kids one adult try to order food, the "voice" keep saying :"Only two orders aloud on drive through!" " So no more than two people can get food?" And we continued back and forth! I give up and order food for kids only! On a window I give CC to pay and he asked me how I am paying for second order? Seriously !?!?!? I roll the windows down and asked :"Do you think kids will pay ?" So I realize what he meant by three orders !!!

I dont usually say much on fast food but today I had the naked chicken. Couldnt go wrong with six pieces for a buck something. I really enjoyed it. Also this particular Taco Bell is my favorite because the staff is so friendly and nice. My food is always served right and is always nice and fresh. If your in that area it would be a good idea to go to the Taco Bell you will enjoy it so much more than the other places in the area.

My order was wrong but i do believe it was not intentional. When I went to rectify it with the manager he told me to keep my original order and he would give me what I originally wanted. That was great besides the part of them forgetting about me afterwards. Overall, not bad, just make sure to check your order before you leave the counter.

Its an older Taco Bell thats been around for a quite a while. Its got a 90s style interior. Good service, but it gets busy late at night because its one of the few places that is still open in the area. The drive thru sometimes gets really backed up and it can be faster just to walk in and order food.

They messed up on our drive thru order which totaled more than $35. They refused to fix the order without charging extra, we requested our money back so they put it back in our card which will take 3 to 5 days to get our money back. Were very displeased with this establishment and customer service.

The worse Taco Bell ever....their meat is always old...they will sell you anything so check your food. My tacos are always crunched up before I even take them out the wrapper. My daughter has gotten sick after eating them twice do to spoiled beef. BEWARE!!!

Overcharged for order foods that cost $1.30 for 3 order WTF charged for $9. Then we dont want the foods, cashier start bitching, but finally paid $5 somethings. Got the food but have to throw away since they pissed and problebly spitted in the foods.

Pitiful,horrible,not ONE good experience,not once have I been acknowledged upon entering the drive thru. Not to mention the mandatory 10+min wait in shop and thru.......workers are always unhappy just wish it was replaced all together

I ordered a quesarito and they had no meat or rice. When I asked them if they always made it like this one of the workers said no meat is the regular amount they put in and gave me a dirty attitude. Id rather go to Chipotle

Convenient and quality is on par with others in the franchise. Drive-through is a huge bottle neck though. Get more people or expand your kitchen. Whatever you have to do, this is my only complaint.

When I come to Skokie I go out of my way to visit this Taco Bell. Their staff is the absolute best. I love the cute blonde girl that works the drive-through. She is always so super nice and sweet.

Probably the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. The cashier looked like he was new, but it took about 10 minutes to get a crunch wrap. Obnoxiously slow and it wasnt even busy.
