Really bad customer service. I went with my family for the second time. We didn’t have a good experience the first time, but we decide to go again, as my daughter wanted pancakes. But this was a big mistake, this time the experience was even worse. My husband’s order was incorrect, he asked for onion rings and got french fries. The bananas from the pancakes were super brown, not fresh at all, no warm syrup was ever brought to the table. My crepes were no fresh either, super crispy from the edges. We waited for 15-20 min to tell the waitress, but she never came to even start if everything was ok. We talk to the manager on our way out, she only said “I am sorry,” “I will make sure I will inform the waitress and the cooker”. I will not recommend this place to anybody. We will never ever go again!

This is the 3rd time trying this location and it is the slowest service i have ever had at any ihop... Dont get me wrong i love ihop. But this location needs training for the staff and better management. After we were seated for 15 mind, we had to go to the cashier to ask if we had a server. 5 more mins and a server stopped by and told us she would be with us in a few mins. The food was fine, but one entire meal out of 2 was cold... Was i mentioned it... It was returned to the kitchen... 5 mins later the plate was returned hot.... The same food that went into the kitchen was returned microwaved... Steak sirloin tips do not microwave they become hard. I love going to ihop just not this location

Very fast service! I thought we were not going to make it because I had an appointment at noon and there were alot people waiting. They told me half an hr wait, which was understandable because of the amount of people waiting. It turned out to be just a 10 min wait. They took our order and served us within 5 min. Our waitress was very attentive even though they were extremely busy. Thats why we loving coming to this IHOP.

The food was okay, but what made me give this location 3 stars was the service. We waited 15 minutes to get our bill. Our waitress apparently ran out and didnt advise any of the staff where she was going. The time she was actually there, she just took our order, and served our food. Was not offered any napkins, no utensils, no hot sauce, or ketchup. Ill rather go to a farther location than this one thats in my area.

Ihop, by all means has some good food. Whats better than breakfast anytime of the day. But this cicero location is horrible by the min. Service is very poor, Flies every where, a huge spill at the entrance. But the more you think about it. How might they be maintaining the rest of the restaurant... (KITCHEN)...left an hour and half later and the spill was still there...it truly shows how much they care

Bad experiense. 08-05-16 around 8:25pm. Greeter lacked customer service skills. She wouldnt allow us to sit were we liked to even though it was pratically empty. And when we asked to sit else were she fussed about having to clean the table. We also had to ask her again for a baby height chair. Well we decided to just leave. Bad service!

Hispanic lady kept on messing up my order and when I told her I wanted some more vanilla iced coffee she told me there was none but there was some in back came back with a water for me instead but I told her no I want iced coffee so please go back and get it kinda rude but food was good

Worst experience I had there. We walked in an seat down the waiters was ok but now two other family walked in wa after us an they got there food before us. I had to get up an get the manager involved.. they finally brought our food an the pancakes was hard an cold.. bad service

I ordered a Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad a few minutes ago. I asked for NO dressing on the salad, to instead give me honey mustard separately. To my surprise, they put dressing ON the salad. I was specific enough and repeated my order to the lady TWICE. This is super annoying.

When to this IHOP during kids eat free time.Only to find out that this restaurant was not participating. After we got the bill !!! I also call the complaint phone number. Never heard back from them. 3 week ago

Good place for breakfast. Was pretty surprised to see people almost having sex in the parking lot in there car. So we got out the car fast and went inside. Food was great but experience outside was aweful.

Good food. Bad service. Took atleast 10 minutes to see a server for the first time. They were not busy. They were all gossiping up by the kitchen. Then, I did not get my drink until my food came.
