My wife, my mother in-law and I were supposed to go on New Years Eve for the party, we saved and purchased 3 tickets at $60 each .My wife and I became very sick. We called at 2pm on New Years Eve to tell them we werent able to attend and asked if there was anything that could be worked out. The girl that answer the phone, "Jackie" said that she wasnt authorized to do refunds, that we would have to talk to the owner to call in one hour, when we did, the owner still wasnt there, we asked to be called back, they didnt,.3 days later we called again, shortly after "Jackie" called us back and said that the owner said that he couldnt do a refund, we asked if we could get some sort of restaurant credit, and they refused. Even though at no point when the tickets were purchased or nowhere on the tickets said it was non-refundable. We offered to bring the doctors note and they still didnt care. The owner never got on the phone and had Jackie make a rude comment to my wife (to "shove it" and that they didnt feel the need to discuss the matter any further).I am in the restaurant business and know this is no way to treat your customers. I work 2 jobs and had to save up that money in order to go.I feel totally disrespected, there was no compassion, or flexibility. They treated us as if we were being unreasonable...Basically they stole our money!

Although being extremely excited to go to this place especially while pouring rain outside I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly people. I placed my ordered and they served me appetizer jibaritos with hard raw steak fajitas. You do not make jabritos with that meat. My utensils were extremely dirty and stained. The salt shaker was rusted and dirty. The food was not the greatest. I was so disappointed that I did not stay for the salsa lessons. Being Hispanic this place will be great if they changed cook/Chef.

Awesome, fun, safe place for an evening in the suburbs. No need to go into the city, this place has it all. Cover charge great idea; felt very safe. Not much of a dancer, dance instructors will scout you out ladies and dance with you while showing you how! Had to leave before my friends, (going to church in the morning), and security outside overseeing things. Danced with some nice people. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have fun in a safe environment !!! Youll dance all night!!!

Saturday nights at Estebans Diningdancing is like being at a Salsa dance with 100+ people you work with, and you know about 20 of them pretty good (and like them)... and you all dance, and have a few drinks, and party, and laugh, and enjoy, and you are all on a 5 HOUR VACATION! I get completely surrounded by the experience. Its the WHOLE PACKAGE! I love it!

Love the environment! Every Thursday night there is bachata lessons from 8pm to 9pm. Cover is $8 unless there is a special event going on. Come on Thursday night and you will want to come every Thursday. :)

First of all your bouncer needs to go. The dude with the long dreads is a d-bag. Didnt like how La India played for like 8 minuets then that was it. You made people pay 50$ at the door for 7 songs? Cmon.
