Im usually a huge fan of Chipotle - worked at one for a summer and didnt even get sick of it after 3 months of eating there 5 times a week... However, this Chipotle is awful. Ive been there 4 or 5 times now since I work nearby, but Im giving up going forward. The first few times I got Barbacoa - it was chewy and full of big pieces of fat. Ive never encountered this at any other Chipotle, but it was consistently BAD from this location. I just tried the chicken - same problem. The meat was chewy and had lots of substantial hunks of fat that I had to spit out. I dont know if they have a bad supplier, a bad cook, or what, but its a huge departure from what most Chipotles offer. Employees are always friendly to me, but portions are wildly inconsistent and burritos are wrapped loosely and sloppily. I havent finished a single one of my meals from this location. This Chipotle is much closer to traditional fast food in quality, and its definitely not worth the Chipotle prices. For a fan of the chain, its very disappointing. Id avoid it.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, unfortunately it is also 2 minutes from where I live so Ive been here quite a bit. The staff at this location turns what should be a simple and efficient process of assembling a burrito or burrito bowl into the most difficult, error-prone and frustrating 3 minutes of your day. Every time I come here I get significantly smaller portions than I get anywhere else. Just now I got a burrito bowl that was half full, it was so extreme that I just decided to pony up and buy two bowls instead. Ordering for more than just yourself? Good luck. They will leapfrog other people ahead of each of your orders and then yell at you for ordering multiple times because they dont understand its faster to just take all your orders at once. Really tired of coming out of here with (half) a meal and a complimentary side of disappointment. I love Chipotle, and I hate this location for making me love it a little bit less.

I ordered through the app around 1:40pm and was told my food would be ready by 2pm. I arrived at the Chipotle at 2:10 and there was only 1 person in line ordering (not busy). When I went to the register to claim my order, they said, "Hold on," pulled my order receipt from the two on the wall, and started making my order. I was irked that they didnt have my order ready on time and it clearly wasnt because they were too busy. Just lazy, it seems. To make matters worse, on both bowls they gave significantly smaller portions of everything as compared to other Chipotle locations. So my food was late and skimpy on portion. When they rang me up I said, "Youre 15 minutes late. Can you not be late next time?" Instead of apologizing, two of the employees laughed uncomfortably. My experience is the opposite of what others say about good service and good portions. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at any Chipotle location.

Normally, I am a huge Chipotle fan, but my experience lately has been disappointing. The portion sizes seem to be shrinking. I ate there last Friday and ordered the burrito bowl. What I got was a smaller portion of rice and a very, very skimpy spoonful of blackbeans. It was so small that it fell to the side so that all you could see was white rice in the bowl. The meat has also been skimpy. Im still a fan, but I just feel less excited about eating there.

Been going to this Chipotle for years. The food, staff and management are wonderful and kind! Recently I lost my keys and the staff here found them and kept them safe for me. Not only that, one of the employees found my name on the YMCA key tag and went out of her way to find me online and message me. I am so incredibly grateful for the step they took above and beyond! Thank You Chipotle team, Ill see you tomorrow for another delicious burrito bowl!

There isnt anything authentic about this place but for the price its hard to beat the quality. I like how they inform you if any of the meat they are offering were raised in unsustainable ways and also like how the tastes of the salsas and sauces vary slightly day to day. Freshness definitely seems to be important here.

Very popular spot among the college crowd. Prepare to wait in line during meal times. Typical Chipotle atmosphere, but not always the cleanest because of the amount of students and locals going in and out. TIP: Order half chicken and half steak to get more meat for the price of a Steak burrito/bowl.

We love Chipotle, no matter where we go. This location is pretty average. They used to have problems with the rice being too dry when they first opened, but that wasnt a problem when we last visited. Be aware that this place can get mobbed at peak times. The indoor dining area is pretty small.

This is literally the worst chipotle on the face of the planet. The staff cannot follow basic instructions on an order- i.e. No cheese when I asked for cheese and not being able to figure out how to put guac on the side. On top of that, they are SUPER stingy with their portion sizes.

Worst chipotle ever. The employees are not friendly, sometimes the food doesnt have much seasoning. If you get guacamole, get it in the side, they give the smallest portions on the burritos compared to other branches. Its close to work but I rather go elsewhere.

the food is good. the portions are very small. i tend to want more beans than rice but they always pile on the rice and then charge extra for beans. the service is terrible most times and i always feel like i am bothering the person serving me.

If you want to get a lot of food in you at once, this is the place to go. They provide very fast service and the food is always delicious. Also, it is a great place to meet up with friends after. If youre a champ, youll get Andys after.

The food is great, as is the case at most Chipotles. The only problem is the staff are very loud, yelling to each other the whole time youre trying to eat. Its very obnoxious and doesnt make for a good eating experience

I used to enjoy Chipotle, but I think quality has gone down recently. The meat is always dry, along with the rice. And their guacamole is often horrible. If I bite into half an avocado and it crunches, thats a problem.

Burritos are great just be ready for a 1,200 calorie monster. Go with the bowl i you want something lighter. Long lines during the lunch rush so either order online or or go off time. Kept fairly clean.
