This place sucks. I ordered a tray of tacos with the toppings on the side because Im feeding kids and they are picky. I have gotten this before no problem. I got home and the toppings were all on the tacos. I called and told them they messed up the order, they hung up the phone. I called back and asked them to fix it and was told sorry too bad. They would not fix it, hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the owner or Manger, neither in the place really on Cinco de Mayo I want to bring good the tray back and get food from where else but I dont think Ill get my $33 back. We are never getting food from them again! I had to give 1 star to post. They deserve - no stars

Awesome food!!! Our waitress Sharon was as good as they come. Service was great. We felt like we were family by the time we left. This family owned business is run with love and pride . Mama makes all the pico de guillo and sauces herself and cooks as well. The food is amazing!! We wanted to try everything. I had the Carne Asada dinner in which the steak was so flavorful and tender the knife just seemed to glide right through it. I did sneak a couple of bites of my partners Chorizo/Asada and Avocado Taco and it was insanely good. We will be back soon as this is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. Prices are very reasonable too.

The food here is great, just like when we were in Mexico. I do not like hot or spicy food, never have to ask if it hot or spicy. Had a very nice long conversation with one of the owners tonight and he was not afraid to answer questions on what he used in preparing the food. Hope they stay here a long time. This is not our first time eating here. Take and tell everyone how good the food is. Service is great also. I would give it a 10 if I could.

One word: Yum! This place has THE best carne asada tacos Ive had in a while. If you are in a hurry, your best bet is to call ahead/pick up in person or just go there to eat but the delivery option is nice when you cant quite get away from home or the office. A little more pricey than other options in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for :) Will for sure order from Los Sarapes again in the future.

Never had a bad experience here. I dont eat prok, chicken or beef. Always order fish tacos or shrimp cocktails. The shrimp cocktails could be better. But they are still good. The fish tacos are always amazing! Love going here. Havent had a better taco in chicago yet. The only other place that will give this place a run for there money is El burrito loco in Bolingbrook.

Decided to try it out because of the ratings but the Food was disgusting! Horchata tasted like baby powder the chips and salsa brought to the table was even worse. I ordered huevos rancheros and the same salsa was on top! Rice and beans were hard, cold, and had no flavor. Wont be back. Wanted to give no stars but I didnt have the choice

Excellent local spot to visit, your food is cooked fresh when you order it. They have $1.25 tacos on Tuesdays. I recommend this restaurant to any Mexican food lovers.

Wonderful staff. The food is amazing! We get Sopes and tacos everytime we go. The produce is fresh and crisp. The meat is well seasoned. Highly recommend!
