I visited this chipotle January 6, 2017 it was around 8 or 9 at night. I usually love this location despite its new and has new workers who seem uncoordinated at times. My experience this time was frustrating. I had a buy on get one card. I ordered two bowls and on one of the bowls I wanted triple chicken because of how full the bowl and the fact that my boyfriend doesnt like his gaucamole warm I asked for the guacamole that I wanted in that bowl on the side. The woman working cash register told me I had to pay for the gaucamole separately even though I know it wouldve came free with the bowl that wouldve been comped from the buy one get one card. She then made me take the guacamole out of the side cup and made me put it onto my bowl so I didnt have to pay for it. Ive been to many different locations I even worked at a chipotle for 3+ years and this has never been an issue. Has policy changed? Or was she just mislead by poor training? Not only was this a problem but the lettuce they used for my salad was shredded and by the time I got home the lettuce was extremely welted and soggy from the extra juice and my paper bowl was seeping wet. I gave two stars because I believe this location isnt a bad one maybe they just need reformation.

This place is always a big miss with the white rice and the meats. This is the third and last time I will visit this location. The chips are stale. The guacamole tastes unripe and has a very strong onion flavor to it. The rice never has flavor. The previous two times it had no flavor and this time it was slightly undercooked and no flavor. Most of the items they offer are very bland. The meats I got were barbacoa and steak. The steak has excess fat on it making it chewy and unpleasant to eat. The barbacoa was pretty good though. The crew is pretty young looking. Id probably invest in more trained cooks or actually training their current crew to make the food a little more flavorful. With so many Mexican restaurants in the area, Id be more then happy to go to those from now on. Gave this a shot. But 3 times and I have never been satisfied with my order. Next time I crave chipotle, Ill make the exta trip to another location.

Went once and the steak had no flavor. Went a second time and they didnt have sour cream, one of the KEY ingredients! Youre next to a Jewel Osco, go get some! I know you use Daisy sour cream and they just so happens to carry it. Tried a third time and it will be my final time at this location because it made my co-workers and I sick. How embarrassing to have to excuse yourself from customers because of your lunch!!? My chicken was undercooked, AGAIN no flavor, dont get me started on the steak! Bad bad bad. Worst chipotle I have been to. I know what its like to have an amazing functioning restaurant with great service and great food because I worked at the one in Dekalb by NIU while I was in college. This location puts chipotle to shame!

The worst customer service ever!!! We were not greeted and was looked at as if we were a burden.. There was customers waiting for steak and another customer waiting on her online order that was delayed because she was waiting on sour cream that took 10 minutes to come out instead of the two minutes she promised. Cashier rung up a totally different order and insisted that I did order it. Waited over 10 minutes for her to fix the problem,then manager came over, she was worse..bad attitude with no apology and acted as if I was at fault. My daughter and her boyfriend worked there for over a year, so they know how the crew and managers should work. I will never go there again. Ill stick to the burbs

**Come on read the rest of the reviews and please make some changes!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience for the second time. Ordered online for pick up during my lunchbreak, pick up my order first I get a rude employee giving me my food. I get back to work and open up my bowls to find no Guacamole on my bowl, barbacoa is cold and hard and my chips are stale. I call them to let them know and was asked to come back with it for a refund, I dont need the money back my lunch is now ruined for the second time same location. Do the employees get any training, the lack of customer service is embarrassing for the company.

First time ever trying Chipotle and the food was amazing! The staff was very helpful in helping me what to try out, very nice and friendly. Will definitely go again. People nowadays feel so damn entitled, get off your high horses and be thankful you have something different in the neighborhood. You want 5 star treatment go pay for it! $8 burrito is not the place

They need to learn how to cut the steak so many fat pieces in it & no meat.. they also need to learn how to roll a burrito.. The food quality is pretty low in this chipotle compared to other chipotles it just doesnt taste as good they doing something wrong in the kitchen for sure the kids need to get trained more on how to prepare the food and meat

Horrible service i ask for extra rice and the guy just tap the spoon on the rice and called extra i said i will pay for the extra rice he ignored what i said and pass the bowl to the next person that told me they dont do extra and by the guy tapping the spoon on the rice i guess i was lucky

Best Chipotle ever...Had to wait less than 2 minutes for fresh grilled fajitas...Due to the minor wait time I was given a side of gaucamole free...Very grateful..I will definitely be back here...Thanks Chipotle 53rd Pulaski, satisfied customer!!!

Convienent location, 2nd time coming here no problems from associates.. only downside 2 this so far is food is NOT hot enough and overcharging on side condiments!! Please work on this piece and i think it will be better
