Never have I order multiple things and each one of those things were nasty. I usually dont go out my way to write reviews. I was very disappointed I ordered a veggie calzone first off it was soggy then the veggies werent cooked after that it had no flavor to it. I also offered fries which were cold and garlic bread with mozzarella I dont even know how u can make that wrong but it had no taste to it. It looked like sub bread cut in half drenched in oil. The last thing I ordered was a mini pizza which my 7 yr old son refused to eat because it was soggy oily and just nasty. Safe to say we will not order from there again!!! I just called to talk to them about how my order went wrong when I asked what they can do to compensate the "owner" told me he could only remake my order. Which I refused when I asked for a refund me told me to call my bank he would not give me a refund. Myself being a restaurant owner I would never deal with people the way he handle the situation. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he was beyond rude.

They have the worst service. Tried them three times and it was an issue all three times. The first time was a delivery order and the driver only brought half my order and told me it would be another 45 minutes before he could bring it back. The second time we had my nnieces party at the bowling ally which is suppose to come with pizza for her guests. Well most of her little friends had left before they finally had the pizza ready. And the last and final time was just yesterday.I ordered 36 wings half plain and half bbq. When my son picked it up it was half hot and half plain. When called to tell them about the mistake, all i got was attitude from the girl who answered the phone like i was inconveniencing her. Never again. Three strikes and your out.

I came here tonight, while bowling, and I cant even explain how disgusted I am. When I went up to order my food, the young lady at the register was busy eating something covered in ketchup. Instead of washing her hands, she walks up to the register, while licking her fingers. Being hesitant to order, I proceed to order chicken fingers. With ketchups still in her fingers, she gives me my change, after having another very nonchalant employee help her. I do not recommend this place at all! Its just unsanitary and lacks professionalism. The only reason I kept my order is because my boyfriend was starving. Otherwise, I would have waited for sure. Please dont trust your stomach and health to this place.

I placed an order a few nights back and it took over 2 hours for delivery. While I didnt like the Sicilian style pizza (and I was willing to give them another shot), I did like their wings. So, I placed an order today around 2:20pm using their app. Its 5:11 pm and the man currently working there claims no orders came his way. I was told to "call the Hammond location sweetheart." The problem is, there is no Windy City Pizza Works Inc number that Ive found for Hammond. Even stranger? I have a confirmation for my order to THIS location. They STILL deny getting any order and were even less helpful when I called WITH the order number. The man laughed at me. Not professional.

Let me first start ny saying the dont even deserve the 1 star. I ordered wings and pizza while bowling and it was pretty good. So, I decided to place a order for delivery....over 1hr 30min late, food cold, and wings taste like they were fried in burnt grease. Called back and was told I cold get $10 then $15 off my next meal....eventually I was told after raising hell they would replace my order. They truly (cashier/Rich) need to be trained in customer service because they dont have a clue.Horrible experience!!

After waiting a hour for delivery; for only two LG nachos and fries everything was cold and soggy. The phone employee sucked ass completely with her attitude, they also do not issue out refunds. One thing good I could say was after she got off the phone, and gave the phone to Rich he apologized and sent out fresh everything within 30 minutes Max. First time eating there, bad experience though, because I was extremely hungry and my daughters were eating this food as well.

They tried to give me a medium pizza and tell me it was the large I ordered. Had to wait 15 extra minutes for another one. I thought when I got it home it would be fresh and hot. Instead it was warm, the cheese was hard, no extra sauce like I ordered. It was tasteless and dry ASF! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. The quality has gone down. Dominos is better than this terrible pizza.

Just know this if theyre real busy dont order because the food isnt cooked and no matter what you order if they happen to be out of something and they give you something instead they still want you to pay the same price even if the replacement item is a quarter of the cost of the original item

The food is good, delivery is slow and the desperately need to fire whoever answers the phone. So unprofessional and no customer service skills at all. Ive been hung up on while still talking. I hate ordering from this place because of the lack of good customer service.

I threw my husband a birthday party at Castaways and had food provided from Windy City Pizza and they were GREAT!! Windy City Pizza service was excellent and the food was even better. I go there often and never had an issue great job Windy City Pizza!

the delivery time is usually around an hour, but they deliver til 130am on Friday and sat. The food is well worth the wait. No refunds, but the manager will make your order the way you want it and strives to make every customer happy.

Normally they have pretty good pizza but today they were late and the pizza was burnt and distorted! I called to get a correct and was told I would have to wait another 45mins! I dont think thats fair to a customer...

30 bucks for family (medium) Pizza cardboard they like to call it thin crust, flat 2 liter of sierra mist, just not what they used to be! Save your money!
