I stop here when I am driving through henderson just for the deep crust pizza, to be cooking in the wood fire it has to be requested or they cook it in a oven in the back. A deep crust in the wood fire takes alittle longer, and sometimes they say thay do not do a deep crust in the wood fire, but they will and it is great in the wood fire, they cheese and toppings gets cooked better and has a thick crust that is cooked throughly and has a crispy bottom, with a deep dish pizza that can be picked up and eaten easy. With the wood taste. If you like a deep dish pizza that has a crisp bottom like a thin crust, make sure you say you want your deep dish cooked in the wood fire. Check the pic the pizza might look burnt on top but was dark when I took the pic and battery was dead so no flash, it is really good imo requesting the deep dish in the wood fire. Calzone was good, alittle greasy. Service has not always been the best, and smiling waitresses was a rarity before, but the past 3 times I have been in there the past few weeks I have have good service.

Cant rate the food, because I didnt get to try it. I walked in about 8:50 pm, stood around almost ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. I asked if it was too late to place a carry out order, and he said no and sent me over to the bar to place my order, where I waited over five minutes before anyone acknowledged me there, and that was only because he heard me tell someone else at the bar I was waiting to order. He told me "cant, we stop at 9." (Its 9:05 at this point) I informed him that I was told to come over there, and he asked me to point out who told him. I dont care to hear you scold your employee/fellow coworker about what time it is. First of all, its unprofessional. Secondly, maybe if someone would have greeted me more promptly, then I wouldnt be writing this review right now. Trust me, Im in customer service and this is really not something I normally do, but I felt the way I was treated was pretty rude.

I wanted to like this place because wood fired pizza could be a nice addition to the former hardware store site. We arrived and the hostess warned that pizzas were on a 25-35 minute wait. No worries because we thought we could eat appetizers while waiting for our pizza to cook. Our server was very sweet but not very attentive at all. She brought our drinks and literally disappeared for at least 15 minutes. When we physically got up to find her she took our order for both apps and pizza. Our apps took over 20 minutes to arrive (at this point wed been here for nearly an hour) and there were only 3 plates for a party of 6. Never saw the extra plates we asked for. The pizzas didnt arrive until over an hour after we ordered and one of them was burnt. The food was OK but for the price I expect better service. Had we known it would take 2 hours for pizza we would have gone elsewhere.

I wouldnt even give it one star. We ordered a taco pizza and it only had 5 pieces of lettuce on it. Worst pizza Ive ever had! Server was very nice and friendly but everything we ordered on the menu was a big disappointment. The lemon drop tasted like straight vodka with two lemon slices squeezed on top. Not how you make a lemon drop. The pretzel bites tasted frozen and then microwaved. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Today is the second time in less than two months i have visited Firedome. The last time our food sat on the counter for 15 minutes before we were served. Tonight again i sat for an hour and 5 minutes before my food was ready and even then it wasnt what i had ordered. The gentleman serving us was rude and i will not be back ! One star is generous.

Im giving them a one based on service. Almost eveytime I go there I have a rude waiter. My drink rarely gets filled and I end up waiting a lot longer for my food than I should. I only go here because I love the wings. Ive learned takeout is the best way to go, so I dont have to deal with shitty service.

Tried this place tonight for the first and last time. Our young waitress was polite, but took forever to get our food, the the pizza was under cooked, they didnt bring plates or silver ware, no napkins in the dispencer. Just not good service at all!! I give it a

I travel several times a week. And stay at the motel on a weekly basis. Have eaten there many times. Was turned away because of a basketball game and all tables and bar was reserved. The place was half full. Poop on them. They lost a forever customer.

I have only ate here once, so I really cant fairly give a proper review. But it is a decent place to go eat pizza. Its not my favorite pizza. However that is my own personal opinion. But I definitely would not put it at the bottom of my list.

Ordered a veggie pan pizza for take out and got home with an ice cold, burnt, thin crust olive pizza. Gross!!
