How hard is it to pick up and said wait one min or please call back , some thing for God sakes. I call and call to make a order nothing ! I call again this time I heard the background noise and the call is hung up . Are you serious you just hang up on customers ? Do they even train these young rude teen-ager any about customer services. This store has got plenty of passed from me but come on to just hang up and not even said "gave us a one moment". Horrible and the crazy bread last time was like a damn straw shape , when did they turn to crazy straw .

Omg !!! they dont wear gloves when handling foods when i told the manager he said "its okay we dont have to wear gloves we wash our hands every half hour" thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard one of the girls scratched her head and put in her ear phones and then proceeded to touch the food disgusting !!!!!! when handling food always wear gloves!!!!! washing your hands every 30 mins isnt going remove all the nastiness underneath your nails.

Ppl understand this, the location is in an EXTREMELY populated area. Therefore, most ppl can understand why they dont have the time to answer a phone! Because they are diligently making the food that the guest require. Cut them some slack, u have the option to go somewhere else. But it seems like something keeps you coming back, be it the food, customer service, or the price. Dont take your attitude on the staff. Just not right.

Is just ridiculous how you gotta wait over 10 min for a pepperoni pizza ! Just one pizza!! Is not the first time I wait this long , I understand yall get busy but come on management, pepperoni is the main selling pizza !stack some pizza in the warmer (their warmer is always empty) change that MOTO "hot and ready" .. Because is not !

I LOVE their pizza and breadsticks!!! OMG, the food is great and cheap. 5 dollars for a pizza is a bargain. I could not believe the hospitality of the people there and how homey it felt. The waiters were nice and funny; I would always visit the restaruant again after that experience!

This is just ridiculous waiting for a hot and ready pizza for over a half hour. Its not even busy in there but for some reason they just cant make a sausage pizza. Dont come at 1pm trying to get a pizza its not going to happen at this location.

They never answer the phone. What kind of customer service is that? Reason why is because they have lobby times when they dont answer the phone. Called corporate and said there was no such policy. I guess they prefer to have long lines.

I thought it was supposed to be hot and ready pizza. Every time I call ahead of time and order, and every time I have to be waiting there for 1 pizza and wings. I would recommend going to a different store than this one.
