If there was a way to give this spot 3.5 stars, I would. I decided to give them 3 stars because your night at Italian Fiesta can be a 4 or it could easily be a 2. Pizza is great to me. Ive grown up on Italian Fiesta for years and while sometimes you may get the greasy/burnt pizza, generally in my experience its usually great. Im a fan of thin crust pizza so I prefer this place over Giordanos or other spots that are more known for their deep dish. Here is the problem with Italian Fiesta. Their service sucks. Absolutely sucks. This location may be the worst of all of them. On a Friday or Saturday night, youre likely to be on hold for 5 minutes waiting for them to pick up and place your order. And at the very minimum, expect to wait an hour for your food. And if you are getting it delivered, you are better off watching a movie while you wait because its going to take about 2 hours. Simply put 3 is average which is a shame because when you get a good pizza from them, its easily a 5 in my opinion. But their service is pretty much a consistent 1-2 so that balances it out. They used to be so much better but it has seriously declined over the last few years.

We called in the order at 8:31 pm. They did not process the order until 9:11pm according to the ticket. So you pushed my order back another 40 minutes. Buy a bigger oven if your business is that demanding. Poor Management. Pizza arrived at 10:44 past the hour and a half. We asked for some money knocked off because it came late and was cold. They offered to take off $2 or to exchange the pizza. How can you exchange a pizza? We already wasted over an hour waiting for delivery and they expected us to wait another 1.5 hours for a pizza?? That is ridiculous. Moving out south has been an eye opening experience in the disparity of affluent areas and services and living in a true hood. Only a hood restaurant would say let me exchange the pizza instead of trying to appease the customer and continue to do business. They would rather lose a customer and a sale.

First of all going into this place, I saw people going into the door where the employees go into. There was about 15 people sitting down and standing up inside this place on 71st!! They were loud and ghetto it was people that didnt work in this place!! I called my order in decided to pick it up, because they told me it will be a 2 hour wait and I literally live right down the street!! My pizza was cold but good!! They had about 15 pizzas waiting to be delivered sitting on the counter in the back just there stacked on top of each other with no heating light!! This place is ghetto, no way are you suppose to have no outsiders where employees supposed to be!! I will never come back here again

This place is non-customer friendly. I would never trust eating anything from a place that would treat its customers so incredibly rude. No respect for the customers on the front end of the store, the part thats visible, translates into total disregard as to how the food is being prepared and the effort placed into the overall cleanliness and care for the food being stored and in the unseen areas of this establishment. I would give this place no stars if it were an option. People, expect better, demand better and you will get better. Period. This place is able to stay in business because theyre kept in business by the community it mistreats

One of the best pizza places in Chicago. Underrated as heck! For this location specifically, if you can at all, PICK IT UP YOURSELF. Im grateful they deliver, especially on those cold or late nights youre too lazy to walk and dont want to lose your parking spot; that being said, delivery is a bit 50/50. Might be the wrong pizza or missing items or just take long enough to come that you need to reheat in your own oven. That said, when its good delivery, its GREAT! As busy as they are, a few things may seem to fall by the wayside, but all in all a wonderful local option and delicious, quality pizza

Terrible! Took more than 2hrs and when I called about it they had to make another pizza to send to me. In addition to that when the driver finally showed up he had the nerve to be disrespectful. If my guests hadnt been waiting for damn near forever to eat I wouldve closed the door in his face and went to grab something else. I always support black owned business but its this type of establishment that forces people to decide on the lather and to opt for the "better service" option. If people werent such creatures of habit this place would not have been in business this long.

I placed an order. The women I spoke to was highly unprofessional. She has a horrible attitude. She cut me off before I was finished placing my order telling me my total and that my order should arrive in about 45 mins. I told her that was not finished with my order and she got upset. I asked her if they had hot wings or buffalo wings. She said she didnt know...arent they the same thing. I explained to her the difference and she huffed and puffed and said it that all. I swear, I will NEVER place another order with them. She needs some serious customer service training.

Ive lived in the South Shore are for more than 30yrs...I CHALLENGE the original owners to come back once in a while and actually TASTE their cooks food....Same ingredients....different taste..more training is needed....spend more time with the cooks....i for one would be eager to pay for that taste of true italian i remember 30yrs ago....higher prices, confusion thru the window, ingredients seemingly thrown together...i know thats not REAL ITALIAN.

Love their food -- They have pizza by the slices now -- so you dont need to share if you dont want to. The neighbor isnt that great, but if you order or call in your order for a small, med, or large pizza -- its ready in about 30 mins or less, its hot!!! and ready for eating. They also have some great lasagna -- its called baked lasagna it usually comes with garlic bread -- if you havent tried it youre missing out.

I paid $37 for 2 medium pizzas and a large fry. It took 1 hour 45 mins for delivery from about 4 miles from pizza place. Pizza was warm at best and the fries were cold and soggy. The delivery driver insisted on me walking downstairs to get my pizza. He didnt even wanna come to the bottom door. Then when I didnt tip, he offered a snyde remark. I tried this pizza place from prior ratings only to be extremely disappointed

I ordered a shrimp, ground beef, jalapenos and spinach pizza, my bill came to $34 and some change I had the money for the pizza and the soda together and sent my daughter to the door for the pizza and forgot to tell her to go to the store get the soda so she gave the driver all three $20. I call the driver and he tells me one thing I call my daughter up and then he says another thing, dude just bring me my $20.
