I try not to complain because for $5, I guess you cant expect too much. But this place is just terribly inconsistent. Sometimes, you go in....and the pizza is ready and tastes good. Other times, Ive waited more than 20 minutes for my "hot and ready" pizza. One time that really annoyed me.....I ordered a pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. Well, they didnt tell me there were no breadsticks ready....or I would have just said forget the breadsticks. So....I waited about 10 minutes. During this time, people were coming in just ordering pepperoni pizzas. By the time the breadsticks were done, there were no more pepperoni pizzas -____- so then I was waiting for more pepperoni pizzas to be ready. And this time the same thing happened, they let everyone buy all the breadsticks by the time my pizza was ready. I dont know if they need better training or management, because it shouldnt be that difficult.

MY DAUGHTERS class Christmas Party RUINED by Little Caesars. I had phoned to place an order ahead and even called the morning of to confirm the order would be ready only to find when I got to the store location there were several other orders ahead of me and had to wait over an hour my daughters Christmas party was ruined I am the head room parent I had all the games all the favors and here I am stuck at Little Caesars waiting on pizzas. Apparently I am not the only one with this problem is there are several others here in the store complaining that this was done to them last year its Madness

Lets start the review off on a positive note; the pizza is delicious, for $5 you probably wont get a better deal. Now for the negative part. Ive never been able to get a Hot-n-Ready pizza EVER. I kid you not every time I go in its always a 20-30 minute wait. If you advertise that Hot-n-Ready thats what I expect. Its not even an issue of this happening occasionally its an issue of this happening very consistently. Then only reason I keep going back is because all the other locations are way too far out of my way.

Horrible today 4-5 pm lobby Full, workers couldnt handle the rush. And we could overhear a employee telling must of been the supervisor to go ahead and write her up at least 3 times then walked away to look out at customers like they did something wrong! Hopefully it was just a bad day. No star needed but couldnt post review unless I did!!

The whole point of coming to little Caesars is to be able to grab a good inexpensive grab and go pizza. Been here twice and never again. Room is always full of people.. the warmers never full of any pizza... how hard is it to get in a little early and start making a stick pile of pizza? Other locations do this.... never coming back

Worst customer service ever! If youre planning on purchasing pizza from ignorant black people, youve found the hotspot! They are extremely ignorant, no positivity, and worst of all are willing to even verbally assault you. However not with complete sentences. Cmon its black people were talking about. Grammar is nonexistent.

I would like to applaud the Little Caesars in Chicago Heights, Illinois on Joe Orr road. I often place large orders for my students with this location and the staff is always efficient, polite, timely, and courteous. I really appreciate this location and the staff there. Thank you all so much!!!!!

Go here if u want to wait 40 minutes for a pizza. The past three times Ive been here I have ordered a pepperoni deep dish and they have me waiting 40-50 minutes for ONE pizza. They always forget about my order even though im sitting there waiting. I dont get it...

They dont pick up the phone. Called 5 times. And the last time I ordered 30 mins ahead of time there was still a 20 min wait...and I only ordered breadsticks. Plenty more issues, I can go on for days.
