Food is terrible. Whatever cooks are at this location are terrible because nothing tastes right. And its pitiful because Qdoba has a standardized menu. The flavors are just OFF. No salt on chips, guacamole terrible tasting like mush. Chicken is burned and tastes like charcoal smells. Everything just tastes OFF. Best thing was the jalapenos. I should have known though because it wasnt busy and I wasnt greeted like some locations where employees are a bit more bubbly and tables are cleaner.

The staff was NOT very welcoming. The guy behind the counter mumbled something under his breathe as we walked in 15 min before close, and made a loud outburst to another customer. The people in line infront of us stared and looked at us like we were criminals! We felt so unwelcomed we just turned and left. I refuse to give my money to people like this. Keep in mind, without your customers you would not have a job, and as long as your doors are open you serve them.

Would have gave it more stars if the service was better. They try to go so fast that they forget to give the customers options. I wanted the tortilla soup with the bowl, but wasnt offered. Menu says they have two types of chicken, but they have me whatever. The bowl looked like a bowl of slop. Careless if the food was presentable or not. Never asked for here or to go. Food was good otherwise.

Closed during listed open hours. The lazy workers didnt even come to the door and tell me when they would be opening up. Big fat employee sitting close to the door didnt even look up from her phone...Eaten there a few times as it is close to my office; never get a particularly warm feeling from the staff.

Unproffesional staff. Not friendly until someone they knew came in the doir. Ran out of grilled veggies. Not clean food prep area. No apron on 1 employee and another who touched food then register then back to food without putting on/switching to clean gloves.
