This past weekend we ordered a gradation cake and cupcakes for my sister who completed her Masters degree. We picked up the cake the day of the party The cake looked amazing but once we took it out of the box noticed the color was pink and gold but it was supposed to be ivory /off white and gold and the cupcakes were the wrong color as well, We didnt let that bother us much since it was the day of the party so we let that go. But once every one was done taking pictures with the cake my sister cut into it and the whole bottom tear crumbled into pieces!!!! We had over 100 people at this party and no one was able to have any Cake!! My mom spend almost $300 for the cake and a couple cupcakes! I called Delish spoke to the manager and told her what had happened she calmed that our lighting was wrong thats why it was pink and claims the cake was made ivory, the cake was clear as day to be PINK and said shes not sure why the cake crumbled and offered us a $50 credit towards something else! We will not be ordering anything from them again! Worst and most embarrassing event ever!!!

very very upset i went to this place because my friends suggest me but i had a surprise ... when i order the cake the lady who take my order draw something cute and she wrote what flavors i want ... On the party date when we cut the cake we had a surprise filling missing and the decorations it wasnt what she tell me is gonna be ... a few days after i call them a lady answer and tell me she doesnt have time for me because she is finish a wedding cake that it wasnt the answer that i was expecting ... then i went there to see what they have to say about theyre mistake and then they give me a credit that is not fair ... not a good place to be recomended flavor was good, filling was a thick cream no filling that i want and decorations was bad not happy :( ....

Please do not use this store for special occassions. My husband requested a groomscake. He sent pictures of what he was looking for, he brought in a replica of what he was looking for, and he had a lengthy conversation to discuss wheather or not the bakery could make the cake in the shape of a WWE wrestling belt. He was assured that it was possible and it would not be a problem as long as they could use rice kripies. Unfortunately, they were not able to fulfill the promise. The cake looked nothing like the pictures or replica belt that he provided. No one knew what they were looking at. It was truly disappointing, especially since is was not only for our wedding, but his birthday. Please look elsewhere for specialty cakes!

Ive tried to order custom made pop cakes for one of our company client. Ive been in contact with Alicia via email and than call multiple times and when I called she was extremely aggravated and rude saying that her reply time is 48 hours. Its been over a week and I havent heard back from her... Our clients delivery was supposed to be for tomorrow and now I have to find another bakery to make this surprise delivery happen. Ive never faced such an ignoring attitude from business owner especially in a bakery industry. We have been in contact with her since July 21st and now it is August 3rd and still havent heard back from her, plus she was extremely rude on the phone... Unacceptable thats all I will say...!

I ordered cookies for my husband on our first wedding anniversary. Conversing through email, everything that was to be written on the cookie was correct (date & names). When I went to pick up my order, I didnt notice the mistake immediately. The names were very faded and our wedding date was wrong! I sent Alicia an email with the picture attached and never received any type of response back. Needless to say, the cookies tasted like they were stale, they were hard and tough to break and didnt nearly look "cute" or appetizing. On top of it, they were extremely over-priced for only 6 cookies. Im all for supporting local, small businesses but this small business will never have MY business again.

I have ordered cupcakes from Delish Cakes three times. The first time I ordered a few dozen for my sons first birthday. I ordered three flavors, including pina colada and chocolate with raspberries. They were amazing. I think every person at the party asked me where I got them from. The second time I ordered was for a family event. Again, Delish Cakes exceeded my expectations. The third time was the BEST. I emailed Alicia and asked her to make a dozen cupcakes with sushi decorations for my husbands birthday. The cupcakes were amazing - all of my friends were amazed as well! This is the best place ever to get cupcakes. I need another excuse to go back soon!

I bought a beautiful Pistachio Cannoli cake for my husbands birthday. It was exceptional!! The cake was moist and full of flavor, the cannoli filling was delicious and it remained that way even after several days in our refrigerator. This was my first visit to the Delish Cakes Bakery but it will NOT be my last. I will highly recommend this Bakery to my friends. The cake was both beautiful and incredibly tasty. I will also add, I had a very pleasant experience working with the Team at this facility. They were kind and helpful. If you havent tried this hidden gem in our community, I would highly recommend you do so!!

Ive tried Delish Cakes twice and both times were a let down. First time I ordered the decor was not done how i asked it to be. I let that go just cause it was still pretty and cake was good. Second time cake was very dry! Every slice i made it crumbled it was so embarrassing serving my guests crumbled cake! They tend to price differently as well a family member had ordered the same first cake i ordered and over charged her $20 same cake more money? Overall just a let down!

Showed them a picture of what I wanted on top of the cake. It was an image of a cake that was made posted online. I asked if it would be to difficult and showed her another picture. She said it was fine and that they could do it. It was an image of charmander on top of a pokeball and the other of a charmander laying down. I had gone in a month in advance to ask for this cake. I was really disappointed on how it turned out. It looked like someone had done a quick job.

Went in for a cake - "can I get one today, for a party tomorrow?". Answer, "No" - obviously, they need more time to prepare. But a great option Alicia suggested was a dozen adorable cupcakes in 4 different flavors. They were pretty, and tasted great! Especially the pumpkin which in the words of one of my guests, was "to die for". They were moist and flavorful and a great dessert for my party. I would not hesitate to go back to Delish. Its name fits!
